    I've started to watch and couldn't stop. Whoever thinks that's not close to what really happens in Hollywood is, at least, naive. Courtney Cox is the vilan we want to win. It's about cause and consequence. It's about being greedy and pay for it. It's about survival. I really like it.

    if this is to be a tabloid type show, well then lets rachet up the ronchey side of tabloid newpaper, then the show will take off, I know Courteney can play a dirter part than that of last week, go girl.

    it was horrible, i can't understand why they allow a show like this on television...good plot, kept me watching but the sex is ridiculous!! i wouldn't want to find my 13 yr old son watching this, yet alone myself! too graphic, but then i guess thats tv these days...

    I love this show!!!! It is so refreshing to see an actress who has played a character like Monica Gellar for ten years go to a character such as Lucy Spiller and still be so convincing and exciting to watch! I just can't wait for DIRT to come back!!!

    This show is juicy, well written, and extremely addicting! Courtney Cox is beautiful and does an amazing job! I can't wait to see how this story unravels! Very promising!

    Just out of curiosity, I tuned into this dog last night. I figured Courtney Cox as a hard driving magazine editor might be a nice twist and based on the previews, it appeared that she could pull it off successfully. But, not only was I disappointed byt a somewhat weak and fractured story line but was appalled at the unnecessary dialogue and oddly placed language (how many times can you Just out of curiosity, I tuned into this dog last night.     The filming was superb but the show paints a black ugly picture of Hollywood. One I don't care to see. I don't enjoy watching people taking drugs ugh! Ian Hart was magnificient., award quality acting. Overall far too dark for me.

    I love, LOVE, love this show!! Its so addicting- defintely a guilty pleasure- its sexy, smart and real! I hope FX renews it for a 2nd season.

    This is the best show I have ever watched. Enoguh said. After the weak pilot episode, everything picks up amazingly fast. It's unbelievable good, I'm wishing so hard for a new season.

    Although initially disappointed with the premier episode, the show is actually getting much better as the episodes progress. Courteney is a talented actress and the characters are getting far more interesting as the story lines are developed.

    This was by far the best tv I have seen in years! The camera angles, story lines and actors where great! What a creative juicy Gem. I am hooked. I didn't have 1 thought of cox's friends carrector LOVE IT! I ! I am a true fan. Thank you. and please take a bow I am giving you all a standing ovation.

    This show was awful. I was so excited to watch but was extremely disapointed. Cox is miscast in this as she is unable to make me beleive that she could ever be this kind of domineering character. I really hated the weird squiggly captions that kept popping up on screen as well. A total waste of an hour.

    What an incredibly lousy TV show. It wasn't even mildly entertaining. I thought the scenes centered around the schizophrenic character were ridiculous. I gave the show it's chance - watched the entire pilot. I won't be giving it a second chance.

    Lots more sex and drugs than is usually shown on t.v.- I was a little shocked. I also felt sad when the schizo paparazzo's cat died...I loved Laura Allen..she was luminously lovely.

    I think it's original and entertaining.The storylines make you wonder, and I like that. It's very different from everything else thats on T.V. It deserves a chance....Cant wait until next week!!!!

    Awful show. The cat part was awful. No one wants to see that. The show was full of sex, and drugs. Not my kind of show. I was excited for it to start but very dissapointed.

Got to give credit to the writers; as the season progresses we are really learning about the characters in a way that makes you think. They reveal the characters to the viewers through more complex experiences and reactions, much smarter and deep than lame situation dramas or comedies on television today. If not renewed on FX, I will be disappointed, but not surprised if HBO or another premium network picks it up. Personally, I like the character interaction; strong characters with spontaneous, yet mostly believable actions and reactions and flow of the storyline from one issue to the next. It's neat to get a little peek at the celebrity life. The series shows us tv sets, movie openings, homes and other luxuries they have (even if it's fiction), while keeping them human and touchable. Great job by Courtney Cox (I am now a Cox fan again, long after too many uninspiring seasons of "Friends") and David Arquette (I was always a fan).… Expand

    Love this show, I tivo it so I won't miss any of the series. I even got my kids watchen it. Love Don, Courtney is deliciously wicked. Don't cancell this like so many shows that just get started.

    This is one of the most entertaining shows on TV. It's highly addictive. Coutney Cox does an awesome job. Although many hate her character, it's hard not to love her. It is definitly hard to go without watching one epidsode of this show!! LOVE IT!!

    This show could be saved with two major changes. 1. Hire the guys who did "Nip/Tuck." 2. Take out the schizoprenia story line which is really annoying and distracting. It's like they said - Gee Hollywood is so uninteresting - lets spice it up by having our photographer be a hallucinating nut job.

    I like it! I love C. Cox! The characters are still building so the show will get better. Her assistant who seems to be suffereing from depressents is funny to watch and it portrays how the media is evil and will do whatever to get a story line! I LOVE IT!

    eff the haters, the show is perfect. It doesn't need levity or a moral or ridiculousness. Its a raw, honest view of human nature, and I prefer it that way.

I cant get enuff i havent missed an episode i ahve been waiting for it to come back on they really left us hanging on with so many questions. it is interesting to see courtney go from monica to lucy it just shows the talent she has bravo !! PLEASE EXTEND EPISODE PLEASE DO COMMERCIAL FREE this show could possible be up there with general hospital !!! please advertize more I LOVE DIRT !!!     Reading a little trash now and then can be fun, but "Dirt" isn't merely trashy; it's just plain disposable. and bad acting. It needs to be canceled and dumped in the grabage.

It shows the feeding frenzy of the Paparazzi for what they really are and at the same time shows that no matter how much celebs bitch about "invasions of privacy" most of their careers would tank if not for the constant tabloid attention. Also worth mentioning is the inclusion of a character with funcional schizophrenia that is the tenuous lynch pin This show is good on so many levels. It shows the feeding frenzy of the Paparazzi for what they really are and at the same time shows that no matter how much celebs bitch about "invasions of privacy" most of their careers would tank if not for the constant tabloid attention.     This is an incredible show. The characters are crazy and lovely - anything but bland. I haven't seen TV like this... Call me dark - FX is my guilty pleasure Rescue Me/Dirt/Sunnyside! I hope they keep'em Coming!

    I absolutely can't wait to watch this show. I love all the kookiness of the show. I love the outing of folks, I love the down and dirty that they have to use to get what they want. To be honest, I record each weeks and watch in on Saturday. This way I can fast forward through the things I don't want to see and the commericals. I don't too much like the graphic scenes, so I I absolutely can't wait to watch this show. I love all the kookiness of the show. The main characters are complex, and I like the way show has been improving throughout the season, with more and more being revealed about the characters' frailties. Courtney Cox and Josh Stewart burn up the screen when they are together, and their acting (along with Ian Hart's) is phenomenal.     You know, I gotta critique Variety and Newark Star Ledger for giving a such shitty review. I personally feel they're misjudging the series by only looking at the trailer. Perhaps a more attention to detail and critical examination will help them understand the thematic elements behind the series, and it's vision that goes beyond conservative values.

    I watched all of the first season and was thoroughly entertained. Courtney Cox is beguiling and watchable. Having lived in Hollywood for many years I find the stories quite representative and the overall tone is authentic. It's a good effort.

    I like the show, it's pretty interesting to see there're two sides to a story, in this case the ones talking about it and the ones being talked about! Don't mind the graphic sex parts, it just adds to the reality of the show, and luv the humor! so funny!

    I can't decide if I like it yet or not...I love the "Lucy" character and Cox plays her so well, but the rest of the show is blah and I'm not liking the Skitzo guy...I find him VERY un-necessarily disturbing.

Cox has been blasted for not pulling off the evil image, but the problem really is that she cannot get past or rather certain people cannot get past her lovable role as Monica. Lucy is a complex character who likes to play the witch and certainly is at times, however, she has an appealing vulnerable side and is very human and flawed. No one can forget the lovable schizophrenic who tends to forget his medications and plays out his somewhat disturbing visions with dark humor. Be warned, some of his scenes are grotesque. Some are not for the faint of heart. Truly the entire show is not for those who mind being shaken to the core with a hard dose of reality.… Expand
