Nov 9, 2019Dickinson e o tipo de série morna mais extremamente divertida que agrada seu público mesmo com poucos defeitos

Feb 2, 2020My wife and I tried to give this show a chance, but its just not good. I really dislike shows where every character in the show always seem to make dumb descions over and over. Just so things can happen. Every supporting character is either stupid or unable to act nirmal.
The music was is annoying none of it fits any sceene. Just current pop music crammed into scenes. -

Dec 14, 2019This is really weird and fun. sometimes out of sorts and it seems that it has no plot, but it's entertaining enought for sure. Hailee Steinfeld's performance is the best thing about it.

Nov 7, 2019Dickinson's story is just an excuse to propose a teen comedy that aims more at the effect than at the quality of the content.

Dickinson is a peculiar, messy, anachronistic delight.
-
There’s little trace of the wondrous and luminously sad Dickinson many teens encounter in high school curriculums in this show that seems to be going for coming-of-age comedy but lands somewhere between skit and revisionist biography.

To be sure, Peak Content has demonstrated a bit too much fondness for the “[notable figure], but cool” dramatic premise, which has yielded both hits (Riverdale) and bombs (remember Will?). But Dickinson has so much to imagine about Emily—and such a sense of humor—that the idea feels fresh.
