    For some reason season 2 didnt work for me, found it boring. But season 3 is crackerjack, reminds me why i loved season 1 so much. Just genuinely funny writing and a great ensemble.

    I like this season marginally more than the last but it does suffer from some hiccups in the back end. For me this is particularly notable in the later stages with both Claire's father's death, the weird kind love between James and Erin, Michelle's brother and Claire's potential girlfriend. All of these moments just sort of felt like they were plucked out of thin air. I don't need a very detailed plot to enjoy a comedy but it does mean that it won't ever reach the heights of one that flows better.

    I enjoyed series 1 and 2 but this one was so bad. I couldn't get past the first few minutes of the first episode. It was so dumb and over the top ridiculous. The writing and acting is some of the worst I have ever seen. Enough.

    The final is so good, derry girls is a serie of comedy that transcend the time of history, become such a mature season but without losing the essence of that what be be a derry girl

    The funniest show on TV is back for its final season. ... The show is as fantastic as it always was. ... It's a fitting end to the chapter and thankfully it hasn't lost any of its charm, punchy dialogue, or hilarious performances during the time off.

    McGee manages to preserve the tone that makes Derry Girls not only gratifyingly profane but also profound: conflict and terror may continually loom, but the finer points of teenage life always take precedent.
