    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. It's not really knocking it out of the park. I like that it is overturning some common zombie beliefs but it is replacing them with arms that thinks for itself, Also the 2 people in the group got out to car and they had to lead the zombies away from the others?? That doesn't make sense. In the pilot the kid goes back to the lawn mower to escape ? It's a filler show.… Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Stupid and nothing like walking dead if that's what you are expecting. I know we are talkin about zombies here but at least make it plausible. Zombies coming out of graves with skin and blood and rather than running you jump on a riding lawnmower to try to outrun the zombies. The acting is terrible. There is a very thin storyline..wont ever get back that half hour If you just want to watch gore. Maybe.... no not even. Its BAD. You have been warned… Expand

    Romero’s zombie movies were as much about societal ills as they were about the undead. This new version of Day Of The Dead tries to mimic that formula, but doesn’t follow through with good enough storylines or characters that we care about.

    Various soapy subplots augment the ample gore, but let's face it, with this kind of commodity, nobody is sticking around to see if the mayor finds out that her husband's cheating on her.
