Each episode studies the atmosphere and legend surrounding The Exorcist, Poltergeist, The Omen, The Crow, and The Twilight Zone: The Movie. Directors, writers, executive producers, actors, stunt coordinators, etc. all lend their opinion to the nature of each films curse. Although the voice of this series remains relatively intact throughout, I find that the voice is lost in the episode featuring The Omen. The tangential nature of this episode makes one forget which film we're discussing.

Each film's crux is heartbreaking at the core. From the death of young actors in Poltergeist and TTZ:TM to the haunting coincidences between father and son in The Crow, this series brings the audience through a macabre, yet satisfying exploration of film history and circumstance. The director takes a backseat and allows those involved to express how the "curse" has affected them.

It cannot be overstated that there is a sorrowful theme to this series. Hearing the stunt coordinator of TTZ:TM explain the tragic passing of two children and the segment's star is harrowing. However, there is also hope that these tragedies led to stricter laws governing safety on a film set. Are these films cursed? I think not.
