    The Child's Play films were always incredibly disturbing, hilarious and interesting, but the TV series takes the franchise, creator and talent to levels I'm sure they never expected. There is a new surprise to the story every episode, the talent since the beginning of the franchise have a platform to develop their characters at accelerated rates thanks to being on episodic television.     Jake, Devon und Lexy werden in die katholische Erziehungsanstalt des Leibhaftigen Herrn geschickt. Dort treibt Chucky sein Unwesen und versucht sie überraschender Weiße nicht töten zu wollen. Währendes trifft Jennifer wieder ihre Zwillnge Glen und Glenda, die ihr Geheimnis herausfinden. Die 2 Staffel finde ich persönlich besser als die erste. Bei der ersten Staffel dauerte es bis dieJake, Devon und Lexy werden in die katholische Erziehungsanstalt des Leibhaftigen Herrn geschickt. Die 2 Staffel finde ich persönlich besser als die erste. Bei der ersten Staffel dauerte es bis die Figuren funktionieren und hier sind sie schon etabliert. Die Charaktere haben sich weiterentwickelt und andere Probleme hinzubekommen. Lexy leidet am meisten von den Handlungen aus Staffel 1 und hat Panikattacken. Alyvia Alyn Lind hat in dieser Staffel als Lexy am meisten zu tun und hat die größte Herausforderung zu spielen und macht das perfekt. Einige Charaktere die neu hinzukommen sind überdreht (Nadine). Nadine redet sehr viel was uns Zuschauer nervt, aber auch andere Charaktere. In der 5 Folge hat sie,jedoch einen schönen und traurigen Moment. Was mit einem Chucky die drei Chuckys in dieser Staffel finde ich cool und ein gutes Konzept. Man hofft die ganze Zeit, das der gute Chucky auch gut ist und bleibt. Diese Staffel ist aufjedenfall brutaler als die erste. Wie auch in der ersten Staffel finde ich die Storyline mit Jennifer und Nica interessanter,was durch die Zwillinge noch interessanter macht. Pater Bryce ist ein strenger Lehrer der auch gemein ist. Eigentlich sind alle Lehrer in der Schule gemein, außer der Schwester Chatherine.

    Just two episodes were provided for critics pre-air, but already Chucky is telling an interesting, somewhat cohesive story built on the franchise’s strong points. Season two is unlikely to draw many new fans, but for the faithful, one of the best spooky shows on TV has stepped up its game.
