Fortunately NBC took the decision to renew the show anyway, and following success at the Emmy Awards it soon found the audience it deserved.

    The ongoing Sam/Diane romance is the focal point of the season, and while some seem to have found it a little frustrating there is no denying that Shelley Long and Ted Danson had great on screen chemistry. The supporting cast, which must rank amongst the best found in any sit-com, also provide plenty of laughs of their own and there really isn’t a bad episode to be found here...    … Full Review »
