I'm not saying this is the best show ever, but I am saying TV doesn't get any better than this.

Poetry, everything is well orchestrated, pacing, acting, photograpyhy... This series has marked me more than most movie productions of the past decade.

"Point and Shoot" is the best episodes ever made in the braking bad universe. Its discussable but Ozymandias is one step behind of Season 6 Ep 8 of Better Call Saul. A trully masterpiece. Television has never seen anything as great.

Utterly beautiful, devastating, and dreadfully magnificent after witnessing the transformation from Jimmy McGill to Saul Goodman.

Absolutely amazing. The writing, the story, the acting and everything else is just on such a high level. Every episode is getting more and more intense.

Best. Prequel. Ever. This show is absolutely amazing, and I am so sad the Breaking Badverse is coming to an end.

No,i stead it delivers some of it's best material ever(a difficult feat already given the caliber pf each season). Better call Saul is unquestionably amongst the best in television. Expand

This series truly deserves an OSCAR
The pacing is perfect, storytelling is either carefully crafted over a long period of episodes, or straight to the point and doesn't waste any time, this series excels at doing both
and the story doesn't have any plot armors, everything happens will lead to something eventually, there's always a payoff and consequences for the characters if not in

The art, the cinematography, the feeling of each episode and it's soundtrack is always top notch
Peter Gould & Vince Gilligan should do more projects after this, they possess a gift

This last half-season is not as compelling as what made BCS so refreshing in the first place: The need to further the plot and reach that final "explanation" has killed all the artistic qualities the show demonstrated before (be it smartly angled shots, continuous takes, telescoping used in action scenes). The only fantastic episode was the killing of Howards.

Lalo's death was executed as expected and the Omaha/Takavic story line is as boring as they come. Black and white? This is isn't a Bela Tarr film, thank god!

Not it same as breaking bad. I don’t know what people see in this kind of shows and say this is a masterpiece

The characters are so engaging that I find myself talking to them in my mind while I'm bingeing (for the fourth or fifth time). It makes me want to launch straight into Breaking Bad again, but I've already seen the latter about 6 times, and the last time was too recent. Can't wait until I forget everything. As Margaret Lyons said over at the NY Times, the small details are great, too.

Amazing through the seasons. Every detail matters in this series so pay attention. A lot of callbacks to Breaking Bad and some minor crossovers without diluting the independence from it. Not a big fan of the artistic route they took for the final episodes but, again, amazing series.

"Point and Shoot" ranks as one of the top episodes in the "Breaking Bad" universe, although some may debate this. Nevertheless, it falls slightly short compared to Season 6 Episode 8 of "Better Call Saul," which is a true masterpiece. The level of excellence showcased in this episode is unparalleled in television history.

Absolutely boring and to me shockingly overrated. The spin-off nobody was asking for lasted far too long.

As it nears its climax, and we ponder not if but how they’ll stick the landing, Better Call Saul’s steady rise to the giddy heights of all-time classic television drama feels inexorable.

The final batch of episodes kicks off with a virtuoso Vince Gilligan-directed instalment, that’s all beguilingly complicated visual techniques and gun-toting, tense plotlines.

A strength of Better Call Saul has been the way it is able to draw on viewers’ knowledge of future events to make a dramatic use of fate. Occasionally this foreknowledge can be a weakness and (without being too specific) a climactic showdown here loses some suspense because we know which character must survive to feature in Breaking Bad.
