It could be one of the best shows of the decade! Atlanta is mixed with surreal acting, developed humor, and great vibes. Atlanta's debut season has shown great promise on what Donald Glover and his team could do and they topped it with the following season. I can only hope that the latter two seasons will be more amazing than ever. Expand

This is a great show. The "twin peaks of the hood" as Gambino called it. Works in so many different ways.

Insightful, hilarious, angry, mellow, thoughtful; any number of words could be used to describe this show and still barely cover the full gamut of what it has to offer. We need Season 3.

One of the best series I have ever seen. From the well developed charectars to the soundtrack, Atlanta delves into themes like racisim, crime, fame and so many other issues in a original and delightfull way

The show's experimental humor creates a hilarious base, and the serious issues in the show combined with the tasteful soundtrack collaborate to make an excellent show. Atlanta takes place in it's namesake, which is also Donald's hometown. Earnest needs to make money to support his homeless self, his ex-girlfriend Vanessa, and his daughter Lottie. Paper Boi is on his "grind" and wants to make it big as a rapper. Darius, his roommate and friend, just lives life and takes everything in. All in all, the trio combines for some funny moments and a meaningful show. Expand

I use storytelling for lack of other words, but each episode is like a life experience that many people can really relate to. There are present day examples but presented in a way that is very interesting, entertaining, funny and enlightening. Donald Glover really out did himself every episode and the actors were spot on in making the vision come to life. This is a must watch experience from S1 to S4. Expand

An array of unremarkable character's are activated in spectacular plots that explore through well referenced culture references, race(blackness&biracial),gender, sensuality without lecturing. Tonally similar to the quite cinematography of "Get Out" Atlanta is character driven and despite surrealistic episodes that indulge the "It's a metaphor " aspects of art say things that are very real. A surreal trip into a Twin Peaks-esquse world that gives an audience a cynical mirror to reflect our lives and show that maybe things aren't as they seem.
