One of the best superhero shows ever! Although the writers try to make the green arrow more like Batman Stephen Amell and the rest of the cast of amazing actors really make it an enjoyable show

A good show overall with some ups and downs. Seasons 1 and 2 were great in my opinion, whereas the later seasons went up and down in quality. Good casting, characters, and themes for each season. Arrow I a very well written show, It has gotten weaker over the seasons (season 4/6), but I think that season 7 made a comeback. In my opinion the best season of arrow is season 5. I always wondered when will this show end? I started watching this show out of curiosity of the Arrow universe within the DC Extended U, but this show just goes on and on, and it has great moment, but cheesy at best. This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. It fatigued me very much and I was bored while watching it. I hated season 6 and season 8 really got me feeling lethargic. I didn't like the episode that dealt with gun control and I felt so flabbergasted at how bizarre the episode felt. Also, I got so tired with the characters that I stopped caring. I hope there isn't a spinoff, but if there is then hopefully it can at least please some of the other fans.… Expand

I watched a couple of the first seasons, but then dropped it. Can't remember much of the story, which means it is very forgettable. 5/10.

This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. This is my review for the first nine episodes of Arrow. Pros: I love the origin story for Arrow and the motivation for Oliver to become a vigilante. I loved how Green Arrow is a very tortured, dark and a broken hero that was traumatized for being in Lian yu for five years. The flashback scenes were great by showing what Oliver went through. The fight scenes and soundtrack were great. All nine episodes had great main plots. I enjoyed Oliver and Huntress's chemistry as these two had things in common together, that made them fall in love. The mystery in these episodes with Moria involved it makes the audience invested to keep watching more and I love how this mystery connects to Oliver's boat crash. Love how the main villain for this season has a personal connection to Oliver's parents and best friend makeing the hero and villain have a closer relation, which I like. Love how they did a great storyline for deadshot and Huntress and did great job for those characters for their first ever live action appearance. I like how Oliver has to deal with his own conflict by trying to keep his secret away from his family , Tommy and laural and he has to try to reconnect with his loved ones because of the damage that has left them. John Diggle is my favorite side character on the show because he is Oliver's moral compass Cons:
I hate how the side plots for episodes 6-8 focus on Tommy's development and his love for laural because this show should focus only on Oliver and not give give the side characters their own storyline and development that doesn't relate to Oliver. I hate how their seems to be somewhat of a love triangle with Oliver, Tommy and laural making it into a soap opera.… Expand
