    The best season so far!! This show delivers, delivers, delivers. I got nothing less than a shock in each of the first two episodes. As with the other 6 seasons, I am quite impressed with this season. I think Arrow is exciting, interesting, action pack and well there's some fragments of romance

    A great start to the season, that's for sure. While not perfect, the first episode was a great way to start Arrow's seventh season, and I'm eager to see wehre the show goes from there.

    Warning: there are not spoilers withn for this season, but I do discuss the results of the finale for the last season if you haven't seen that yet.

    I felt this was one of the stronger seasons of the show. It went in some different places. I was worried about Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) being in prison, considering all the cliches they could go with and the fact that the Flash had already    Warning: there are not spoilers withn for this season, but I do discuss the results of the finale for the last season if you haven't seen that yet.

    I felt this was one of the stronger seasons of the show. It went in some different places. I was worried about Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) being in prison, considering all the cliches they could go with and the fact that the Flash had already done that storyline. However, I was surprised at how well this was handled and that none of the multiple episodes felt wasted. This season does an interesting job of handling morality as Oliver learns to question his views and other characters have to ask themselves whether the ends justify the means.

    The season brings back the flashback substory, kind of. At first I was worried, because a couple of them were pretty weak, but his puts an interesting twist on the concept.

    The season also does a good job of keeping you guessing about the final threat,without the story feeling like it's dragged out.

    With the next season being the last, I thought this one did a good job of being a semi-finale. The last season looks like it'll be tying in heavily to the Arrowverse crossover event. So, this season tries to wrap several things Star City-wise.

    Admittedly, the first half of this is stronger than the second half. Being Arrow, the season does have it's moments of forced logic and actions. And this being the seventh outing, the show can't quite muster the energy it had in it's prime. One of the antagonists feels a little too reminiscent of earlier villains in terms of motivations.

    Despite the show showing it's age, Amell's acting ability doesn't apply. He delivers some of his best emotional material here. I liked Black Siren's continuing attempts to redeem herself. I feel that Katie Cassidy is doing a a better job in the role than her original character. However, I feel the writers could've done a better job of utilizing Black Siren. I really expected them to go into more detail about her past life in Earth 2 by now.

    Overall, I can't say the show is as good as the first two seasons, but it has some pretty good parts to it, and I think it ties (along with season 5) as the third best season for me.    … Expand

    Yes! Arrow is finally back.

    I can't talk for anybody else, but I felt this show along with many of the other CW DC universe shows have hit a bit of a lull. Where the shows have been just 'ok', or worse, instead of hitting their highs from previous seasons. But the first episode of this season, finally a really well done and interesting set-up for the show. For the first time I was    Yes! Arrow is finally back.

    I can't talk for anybody else, but I felt this show along with many of the other CW DC universe shows have hit a bit of a lull. Where the shows have been just 'ok', or worse, instead of hitting their highs from previous seasons. But the first episode of this season, finally a really well done and interesting set-up for the show.

    For the first time I was glued to the screen for the whole episode as I actually wanted to see what happens next. Mystery, action, good characterisation. Hopefully this episode sets the tone for the entire season.    … Expand

    Arrow’s buildup to its endgame is an uneven one; while the season starts strong, it soon prioritises uninteresting and predictable storylines. However, it sets up "Crisis on Infinite Earths" well.

    Season 7 is probably the most forgettable season of Arrow out there, which is really surprising because it actually has one of the best start. Oliver Queen is sent to jail as the condition for having his team safe, and he is known by the alias of Inmate 4587. Since Arrow has taken so many elements from Batman (giving a literal archer a no-kill rule, giving him a family of sidekicks, makingSeason 7 is probably the most forgettable season of Arrow out there, which is really surprising because it actually has one of the best start. Oliver Queen is sent to jail as the condition for having his team safe, and he is known by the alias of Inmate 4587. Since Arrow has taken so many elements from Batman (giving a literal archer a no-kill rule, giving him a family of sidekicks, making Felicity crippled like Oracle, using villains like Deathstroke and Ra's Al Ghul, having him work with the police etc), so I was thinking this season will be more like Batman: Arkham Asylum. And it would have been really awesome if they did that. Instead what we got was a half-baked fight between Richard Dragon and Oliver, where Oliver once again chooses to spare him (I lost track of whether he still has his no-kill rule or not). There's then the "hilarious hijinks" of Oliver and Barry exchanging themselves and learning about each other's lives. After that there's Emiko Queen. I was hoping she would join the Arrow family and contribute something useful but no, it's the same Season 4 and 5 trash all over again. Now Green Arrow and his team work with the police and they try to save the city from Emiko, and even Roy Harper comes back. But even with everything in arsenal (pun intended) this season falls short from being memorable.… Expand
