Season 1 Review:

Season 1 Review:
This adaptation does its best to take her seriously as a woman, mother and, in some of its most interesting asides, as a boss to a roomful of dissatisfied ladies-in-waiting. Season 1 Review:
A provocative take, but by starting the story with the clock already ticking on her doomed reign, it's all downhill for Anne stranding a simmering performance in a curiously pallid rehash. [6 - 19 Dec 2021, p.9]
