    Season 1 is really good stuff. Most sci-fi has horrible first seasons while they try to find their footing, but this show feels like it knows where it's going from the start. Interesting characters that stick close to common archetypes a lot of the time, while also having small details that set them each apart.

    A promising series that suffered a major change of direction mid-series 2 (confusing to shift focus), and series 5 felt very... fluffy. Despite a shift back to the normal flow of things in the series finalé, it was unfortunately cut short before they could return to form.

    Throw a couple of actors into costumes straight out of the 'Beat It' video, add a few aliens that look like rejects from the Mos Eisley cantina, and you have the makings of syndication's latest interstellar offering.
