    Just as before, Karl Pilkington proves hes up there with the comedy legends, because, perhaps completely unintentional, this holiday from hellJust as before, Karl Pilkington proves hes up there with the comedy legends, because, perhaps completely unintentional, this holiday from hell owes most of its laugh to the "Head like a **** orange" Karl Pilkington.
