    Don't know if this extremely edgy material will wear well, but I'm up for more Action.

    Action shreds Hollywood corporate culture more viciously than current big-screen spoofs like Bowfinger and The Muse. The difference is, Action's acid heartlessness renders it a more artful but ultimately less likable piece of work.

    Fast and aggressive as a Porsche on an L.A. freeway, Action is a little in love with its own transgressiveness, but when it passes up broad, vulgar humor for smart, vulgar humor, it's the best excuse you'll find this fall for kicking the kids out of the living room.

    I couldn't believe what I was seeing when this was on Fox in 1999. Nasty, cynical, outrageous, crazy...and about the funniest stuff ever!I couldn't believe what I was seeing when this was on Fox in 1999. Nasty, cynical, outrageous, crazy...and about the funniest stuff ever! It's all about the Hollywood insider life (which I could care less about) with lots of lulu characters and "beeped" language.

    Fox aired only 8 of the shows, but the available DVD has all 13 - uncensored. Terrific!!!    … Full Review »
