By far and I mean by far the worst talk show and so called comedy show I've ever seen or heard. I honestly have a hard time believing 10 out of 100,000 people find this show even remotely funny and honestly it's so bad it's uncomfortable.

"white people this, white people that.." - so how long is she going to stretch this rhetoric? Lilly was never funny as a Youtuber and she is certainly not going to be funny as a late night talk show host.

Only 8 episodes deep and the show already seems tired. It feels forced and awkward as well. Why would a network air a show for 12 year olds in a 1:30am time slot? There's nothing ground-breaking about it. It's just not funny. I had high hopes for her, but she didn't come close to meeting the mark. YouTube can have her back. If you don't believe me, just watch 1 episode. There are plenty of awkward pauses after her "jokes" where the audience was supposed to laugh. They are going to have to invest in a laugh track. Maybe she can borrow Will and Grace's… Expand

Racist show. This show can be summed up with: "muh race", "muh sexuality" and "muh white people bad". If there would be a negative score, I would rate it at that. She is not funny person either and apparently she can't take any criticism at all.

Absolute unenjoyable cringe. No funny jokes. Who is she pandering to? Who is gonna watch her show when she hates on the largest demographic of America: white people. That's not wise from business standpoint nor from moral. Pathetic.

Lilly Singh does women of color stand up because she's a woman of color and apparently repeating that she's a woman of color is funny. This girl will not shut up about being a white male as part of her skit. All the skits and jokes are dry and dull and have been run through the mill thousand times. And here I thought some of the talk shows are terrible. This show takes being terrible on next level.

It has potential. Lilly has pretty good personal stories and fine timing, but so far the comedy bits are falling a bit flat and the audience doesn't seem fully engaged. She worked her butt off 24/7 every single day and I am honestly so grateful NBC gave her this wonderful opportunity!! Show has a fresh perspective, might ruffle a few feathers because it does not cover perspectives traditionally brought by traditional host. Show is only getting better, she is super young and the show is super young as well. I'm positive that this show & Lilly has a LOT to grow. Obviously, it's her first talk show and I'm sure Lilly and her team would learn on trail and error. Everyday. Meanwhile people gotta chill, yes, there has been too many "racist jokes" inI'm positive that this show & Lilly has a LOT to grow. Obviously, it's her first talk show and I'm sure Lilly and her team would learn on trail and error. Everyday. Meanwhile people gotta chill, yes, there has been too many "racist jokes" in the initial two or three episode opening monologues and they were pretty bad and unpleasant. I did liked the rest of the show. But it is also worthwhile to note that they have been toned down now and I'm actually liking the show now better than I expected. Hosting a talk show is obviously a BIG task and I'm sure as the time goes, Lilly gets better & better. I'm happy she took the criticism from her fans and is actually working on it. It is clearly visible. To end, I'm excited as to what this show unveils in future for both Lilly and the audience it gains. Good luck Lilly and her team. Finally, something I can watch on TV. She is so entertaining, funny and authentic. I love her perspective and her energy. Hopefully, this is the show that turns around TV land.

She's just taking baby steps & stumbling along the way.Please go easy on her.

All the race jokes in the 1st week were not an attempt to hurt anyone's feelings but rather a result of being naive.Agreed that if the same type of offensive content would've continued in the 2nd week then it could definitely be labelled as a Racist Show....but that's not the case at all...All the controversial race jokes have been scrapped & the 2nd week was rather funny & enjoyable.

It's true that Racism promoting content must never be supported...but it's not very fair to label a show as racist & start viewing it as a threat to the culture based on first 2-3 episodes.If one would've continued watching till the 2nd week then it would be very clear that this notion is anything but true.

They've admitted their mistakes & rectified them...& the subsequent improvement is there for the world to see.Even after owning up to their mistakes & making necessary amends it is not really justified to accuse & label them as a Racist Show.

We are all HUMAN & everybody is allowed one mistake especially if they're willing to COME CLEAN & MAKE AMENDS...… Expand

I love me some Lilly! I'm ecstatic that Lilly got her own talk show! She's been hustling for YEARS and she totally deserves this platform. Every episode makes me laugh out loud and she's really pulling on some great guests! Her monologues areI love me some Lilly! I'm ecstatic that Lilly got her own talk show! Her monologues are original and hilarious EVERY NIGHT. They truly customize the content to each guest and you get the feeling Lilly fully owns this process. She is beautifully and apologetically herself and I LOVE it. I wish other entertainers felt as free as Lilly does, and were able to use their public platform for such originality and freedom of self expression. This show is a diamond in the rough and a joy to watch night after night.… Expand

While not as insufferably bad as some of the reviews would make it out to be, the awkward, cringey, and unentertaining skits and monologues make for a show that feels over scripted and lacking any real character or identity of its own. It’s not TERRIBLE, but I wouldn’t willingly watch it; and definitely not stay up late for it. I feel a strange feeling that if she weren’t a colored women, this show wouldn’t have been aired in the first place. Don’t be fooled, all the 10/10 user reviews are just her fans from YouTube coming together to make sure her feelings don’t get hurt, which I’m sure will eventually be her downfall. Proof yet again that the very essence of this type of childish and fast paced humor never translates well into mainstream shows. Wouldn’t NOT recommend.
