    The show only stumbles in the smaller moments. Most egregious are the lame pop culture references, with endless quoting of iconic 80s movies. ... Quibbling aside, 12 Monkeys is undeniably superior science fiction.

    A beautiful TV series. In my opinion too underrated. Absolutely recommended, watch it without thinking twice.

    This is the best season of the show so far. They really stepped it up from Seasons 1 and 2. Plot-wise, and it seems budget-wise as well asThis is the best season of the show so far. They really stepped it up from Seasons 1 and 2. Plot-wise, and it seems budget-wise as well as everything looks amazingly detailed and set pieces look authentic and grandiose. Not to mention the fact that although it is dealing with a very serious story, the writers have realized that it doesn't hurt to have a few lighter/humorous moments now and then, with Jennifer generally being the center piece of these scenes. This season of 12 Monkeys is leagues better than the current season of The Walking Dead, and in my opinion more fun than Season 7 of Game of Thrones… Full Review »
