You can't play a LucasArts game and not notice the sound. Even their other licenses are top notch and, of course, a Star Wars game is no exception.

Ubisoft is hoping this time around that a revamped, "free form' fighting system will address the repetitiveness of the first installment, and a darker tone will create more of an edge that will hopefully generate more sales out of the gate than with "The Sands of Time."

This is a totally new and different game (notice the capital "E' in Eye), and to that I say thank God, because why make a sequel to an already perfect game (especially since an entirely different developer and publisher created it (Nintendo/Rare) almost 8 years ago).

The premise of the game is actually very intriguing. However, while being a 'bad guy' in the Bond universe is a great concept, somehow things just don't feel quite right.

Now, don't think it's like The Jungle Book here; this isn't a jungle full of furry critters and swinging apes. In fact, it's quite the opposite.

The graphics are marvelous, the sounds enthrall you, the character models are remarkably realistic looking, the environment is engrossing and the controls are optimized to control Gordon Freeman and all of his actions.

The amount of choices you have to "do it your own way' are impressive. Things get even more open when you learn the art of intimidation, persuasion, seduction or domination.

The opening sequence screams "Saving Private Ryan" (or better yet "Medal of Honor") at you, as you're sitting next to several of your comrades on your way to storm a beach and capture some enemy bunkers.

Throughout the game, you'll be thrust into different roles. Before it ends, you'll have been an American, Russian and British solider. Each of these soldiers will have their 'day in the sun' so to speak.

The gameplay this time around is much more refined, and even more mainstream one could argue, in an effort to appeal to a broader range of gamers. The missions are much more hectic, intense and dynamic.

For those concerned with the legitimacy of the game, Godzilla: StE has the full backing of Toho behind it. This means that all of your beloved monster calls are authentic and have been simulated to the best of Pipeworks' ability.

The character models won't win any awards, but the terrain and weapons alone make sure that you won't mistake the environment for the present. Buildings, tanks and embankments are all very well done. There is a noticeable downgrade, however, with the Gamecube version which was a surprise.

The storybook presentation is truly wondrous and the way that the scenes appear as if they are being drawn solely for the gamer really reaches out and touches something inside in a great way.

Most of the game is presented in the standard 3-D platformer presentation. However, when players must rely on the talents of little Sunny, the game shifts its perspective to that of an old-school 2-D side scroller.

While feature-packed, Halo 2's Live interface will take a little getting used to. It's not that it's laid out poorly or anything like that. It's just that the sheer number of options you have available to you for Live play are staggering.

Courts range from Standard to Gimmick. Standard courts are just as they sound. Gimmick courts are courts with bizarre little features added on to make it either easier for you or harder for you, depending on how you play.

The Pearl Harbor level is the most adrenaline pumping half hour I've ever had in a game. There are planes, explosions and soldiers dying right and left.

The robotic army better watch themselves because it is all about your arsenal. There are plenty of unique weapons to obliterate the opposition.

The environments are for the most part, spectacular. War debris is everywhere, worn out tanks lay forgotten amongst the destroyed buildings. All of it does relate for one hell of a war feel and setting.

The artificial intelligence is brutal in this game. The first few levels are okay but once you get deeper into battle, they learn your strategies and adapt to the way you play.

After playing for about 30 minutes the first time I put the disk in, I had to actually force myself to stop and walk away. My adrenaline was pumping so quickly, I thought my heart was going to jump right out of my chest.

Mr. Incredible has the power, but Elastigirl has the cooler moves. It’s like you can kill them in your own style.

For Xbox users, you get additional Battle Mode maps and you have the advantage of having your friends know when you are on the game.

I personally can say that I am looking forward to The Incredibles 2.

What will immediately stand out for you when playing this game is the humor. The game loves to make fun of other games in its genre and does so in a variety of different ways.

The story to San Andreas is by far the best of any GTA game to date. As you progress, you will experience turning points to this story that drive you to see the next cutscene, something that has never been done in a GTA game before.

The character models, environments and dare I say it 'boob physics' are the best ever seen in a fighting game, and maybe in any game out on the market today.
