The game engine in Cartoon Network Racing is too flawed to make any aspect of the game fun, and even the unlockable cartoons aren't quality material.

It's difficult to recommend XField Paintball 3 when most of it just isn't ready for prime time. The training mode only gives you an empty map so you can get the lay of the land, but it's nowhere close to what's represented in video footage. The online mode is barren, and without any offline modes or bots to work with, the title becomes a virtual paperweight. Unless an online community appears soon, it'll be easy to forget that this game exists.

There's nothing wrong with ArtPulse being more of a toy than anything substantial. Sometimes it's fun to just goof off. There's not enough here to make the title realize its potential. The creation tools are woefully limited, and the game's ability to instantly delete things stifles one's creativity even more than the limited toolset does. The inability to share your creations or save them also hurts, but anyone hunting for some easy high-level trophies will be happy. For everyone else, ArtPulse would've been a perfect demo disc experience, but it shouldn't be something that you purchase for real money.

Zombeer is bad. The humor is scattershot and groan-inducing, while the gameplay is barely functional.

Literally, the story, gameplay, graphics, sound, and ever other element that could ever be in a game, are terrible.

The gameplay is abysmal, and the overall content isn't particularly inspiring or funny, beyond some goofy references.

Any fun you might have with other people in a multiplayer mode for bragging rights over high scores is completely eliminated by the horrible controls and outdated interface.

As I mentioned earlier, Animal Paradise is geared toward younger kids, but this title will only keep them occupied for a couple of hours at most because even kids are going to see through the paper-thin amount of content in this game.

Avoid this title like the plague. Not only are you sparing yourself the discomfort of ham-fisted preaching and shoddy game mechanics, you’ll also be doing your part to ensure that this obscene mess of eschatological flotsam and apocryphal jetsam never sees a sequel.

In Grand Prix, the wild-card of bad design proves too difficult to surmount. That lack of consistency, coupled with grading criteria set in the real-world instead of the game's flawed reality, leaves me with no choice but to deem this game unworthy.

Unfortunately, the title spends so much time bogging itself down in useless side-stories and suffering from awful translation that the tale never gets off the ground. Even worse, what little gameplay actually exists loses its appeal before the game even gets going.

Gungrave VR is a game that not only tarnishes its own legacy but also leaves a bad impression of VR as a whole. The gameplay is shallow, as attacks feel slow and lack any sort of impact. The limited nature of the stages and the lack of any intelligent enemy combat makes the affair boring, but the clunky implementation of VR is what really drags down the game. The VR feels unnatural, and it doesn't safeguard one from getting nausea. There's still hope that the upcoming sequel will fare better, especially if it sticks with more traditional gameplay elements and presentation, but this VR take is one that players can easily skip.

Basically, Ready 2 Rumble Revolution for the Wii is nearly unplayable. I love the idea of having an arcade boxer on the Wii, and while boxing on Wii Sports didn't exactly blow my socks off, it worked out far better than this game did. I'm not sure that complicated controls for an arcade boxer are the way to go on the Wii, and Ready 2 Rumble proves that more punch types don't necessarily translate into a better boxing experience.

In a way, the experience you'll have with the game matches its name perfectly, so unless you're desperate for a masochistic experience, Agony gets a hard pass.

Don't let the bright, colorful cover art fool you into a poor purchasing decision; the artwork doesn't convey the awful design sensibilities and the poor platforming adventure contained within the box.

It is absolutely not worth playing in my opinion, not even as a bargain bin purchase. Its pacing is dreadfully slow, its "story" is so flimsy that no one (not even the children for which this game is supposedly intended) would be enthralled by it, it looks extremely dated, the audio doesn't really work and its abysmal lack of genuine humor thoroughly defeats the point of a title that banks on being comedic.

There's barely anything salvageable in Down to Hell. The backgrounds look nice enough, and the music is decent if you aren't too picky about your metal. Everything else is a cautionary example of the kinds of sins that game developers should avoid. Even if you were to find the title for less than $1, there are a plethora of similar games on the Switch that do a much better job, so there's no reason to look in the direction of Down to Hell.

Azur Lane: Crosswave is essentially a visual novel with some brief moments of action. Everything works as intended, and there's no need for a combat strategy, but the equipment and upgrades systems are cryptic. The visuals look good, and the chibi characters are adorable. The game can be a decent way to pass a weekend. However, Crosswave and all games under the Azur Lane banner espouse views on females — especially young girls — that I cannot look past, and it's troubling to me that this title is deemed appropriate for teenagers.

Basically, Bigfoot: Collision Course for the DS is a pretty lackluster attempt at using the Bigfoot license in a racing environment, and while I don't think it's a horrible idea, it doesn't fit the monster truck theme very well.
