Mind, it’s still a decent game with gorgeous graphics and an incredible environment, but it possesses little of the magic that some of its predecessors have.

It is almost as if half way into production one of the higher ups saw the progress, wasn’t happy and forced them to stick to the old formula that’s more than a decade old. The game is also really short.

A mix of GTA, pretty fireballs, and generic music make Mercenaries a title that doesn’t embarrass the genre, but doesn’t further videogames either.

Remix doesn’t offer the new gameplay experience I was hoping for, and if felt like I was just going through the motions all over again, but now with my hands constantly cramping up on me.

If you’re looking for a game that has many different game elements to it and a story you’ll need to take a few drops of acid to understand, this is your game.

I wouldn’t rule Spellforce 2 out completely, especially if you’re a great fan of zerg tactics and don’t mind waiting the sometimes required hours for an open game to appear online. For all you others, spend that 40 bucks on a better RTS.

Online play is worse than ever before as you can’t even set up matches with friends, and hacking is still prevalent.

For the true flight simulator addicts, they’ll definitely want to get the deluxe edition of the game as it is probably about the only thing that would be able to sate their hunger for more unique flight experiences.

So while this game might take you only a few days to beat, its presentation and feel make for a fun pinball game not like any other. If you’re looking for something that takes pinball to a new level of greatness, look somewhere else.

This game is strictly for die-hard fans of the Fatal Frame series and graphics whores everywhere. Everyone else can easily find better offerings in the survival horror sub-genre.

A pretty good strategy game for a system that seems to be lacking this niche in the RPG genre.

I found the unique gameplay to be a tad cumbersome at first but once I had more time with the system it grew on me.

It's not the worst game in the series, but perhaps the most disappointing because of the developer's inability to deliver on the majority of its several cool ideas.

With a budget price of just $19.99, this game has done something I thought I’d never experience or see: a fun video game that also educates. In your face, channel four evening news!

Most likely, only fans of the series that have a PSP will be picking this one up.

The main arcade missions are done before you know it, and the lousy continue system doesn't help matters that much more either.

One Piece for the GBA is strictly for those who love 16 bit games or the One Piece anime series a lot.

A lot of them still have a nostalgic feel, and 2D games tend to age better than 3D visuals. Ditto with audio, though for more experienced gamers like me, these classic tunes bring back many fond arcade memories.

Its main issue is a lack of originality in an increasingly stale genre. Where THQ tries to innovate, they do not execute well enough to rationalize buying Tak over any other 3D platformer.

During my time with Elebits, I couldn’t help but think in the back of my mind that this game is just a long tech demo and nothing more. And paying full price for what a tech demo is just insane.

Nostalgia-lovers and angst-ridden teens looking for an outlet can’t go wrong with Smash TV. There’s not really that much depth to it, but who cares? You get to blow things up!

The problem with this game is there is not much to it. Your only real goal is to get a high score, which in this day and age is not enough.

Don’t get me wrong, this is still the same addicting CS we all know and love, but why shell out the extra $50 and Xbox Live fees to play a five year old PC game that has been free since its release? The complete lack of extras is pretty noticeable, and the single player modes do nothing for you.

Bomberman is made for multiplayer, but with everyone and their brother getting rid of the PSP platform I just can’t bring myself to recommending this to anyone save people with three other buds with PSPs of their own.

A very well put together port of the console version. The story is the main thing that takes the cake here; the extra multiplayer modes are nice but are mostly forgettable.

There is a fairly eclectic gathering of music (at least as far as DDRs go) though the collection may not suit your tastes. For new players looking to get into DDR, you may as well start with the latest edition.
