It improves the original formula, but, obviously, doesn't surprise as the original did. Still, one of the best fighting games available at the moment.

It has evolved, and although maybe regular fans of the genre would wait for more new features, it is true it contributes with enough of them to catch our attention, entertain and make us enjoy.

Super Mario Maker is a great tool to make both traditional and crazy Mario levels. It not only is a really interesting game, but also a great example of what Wii U and its GamePad can do.

Combining variety, accessibility and a carefully measured pace, Codemasters has achieved a great racing game above any consideration.

This is a great, fresh open world action adventure game, with a very well-implemented Nemesis system. It's an outstanding surprise, and we think it deserves a try.

This is an incredibly smart puzzle game that you should try if you like the genre and, particularly, sokoban games.

Obviously, it doesn't match the technical standards of the "bigger" versions, but it does deliver the Titanfall experience.

Full of options, it's complex and very entertaining. It's not the same game we've played on PC or consoles, but still a great choice if you're looking for a strategy/RPG/action game on iOS.

This is a surprisingly good card-based game. We think some extra modes or local multiplayer would be great additions, but still we absolutely recommend it.

A great version of the original Xbox title, with some visual improvements that make it look great on the PlayStation Vita screen. Recommended for those who missed the original game or just for those who want to play a better version on a handheld.

It is faithful to its arcade style and offers hours of spectacle and craziness. The game shines because of its obvious merits and also the absence of competitors. Those who wanted the series to reappear or want and adrenaline burst with their game pad should get it.

This is a fantastic adaptation to consoles. The quality of this title is outstanding, and if you prefer to enjoy this epic adventure with a controller, it is a great choice.

The Thousand-Year Door is a beautiful remake of one of the best Mario RPGs. It isn’t particularly ambitious beyond its new graphics and a couple of nice surprises, but if you haven’t played the original or simply fancy rediscovering this GameCube classic, it is a fantastic choice for Switch players.

This episode is moving, well-written, with great characters and unforgettable moments. It is true that the wait between chapters is long, but it is also worth it.

Respawn have done an amazing job creating an adventure Star Wars fans cannot miss. This is the game we’ve been waiting for many years, and we are not disappointed. There are some flaws, although the experience, overall, is fantastic.

It doesn’t bring as many additions as it did last year, but it still is a great football game and continues to tweak its gameplay to get even better.

This is one of the best graphic adventures we've played in the last few years, at least with classic gameplay mechanics. Great story, great characters, great puzzles… and one of the best closures for a trilogy we've seen in a while.

This is an awesome tribute to old-school action platformers, very, very cheap although quite short, but definitely worth your time and money.

Tactics Ogre almost initiated its genre, and it still retains that magic of the golden era of JRPGs, when every new game became an instant classic.

SUPERHOT makes something new out of a genre where everything seemed to be invented. Just a little bit more variety (more weapons, more situations...) and it could've been a modern classic. Still, it's one of those games you shouldn't miss.

The Alters delivers a compelling survival strategy game with a deep philosophical narrative about identity, enhanced by complex resource management, meaningful dialogue, and a unique mechanic centered around interacting with alternate versions of yourself, although its difficulty spikes and demanding systems can become overwhelming.

Perhaps PVP has been left a little behind (although the quests that encourage localized world PVP are very good) and we have encountered the typical class balance flaws that are already being improved, but Blizzard certainly has everything to get back on the path to success with this expansion...Now we just have to hope that the content updates are regular and that, as promised, we don't have to wait two years for the next expansion, Midnight, returning even more vitality to World of Warcraft, which, 20 years later, seems to be entering another great era.
