1010! Is inventive, simple in premise but deceptively complicated to master, has a lovely look and sounds that match.

It has a lovely interface, fun games, and charming animations. Couple that with its competitive price point, and it's clear that this one is a no-brainer.

Horizon Chase feels like the natural evolution of classic arcade racers - a genre I can't believe hasn't been revitalized in the App Store yet, and now a game I can't imagine not being on any of my iOS devices for the foreseeable future.

It has an excellent price point, challenging games, and it gives users a clear goal to reach. Combine that with the simple to understand data, and you have a program that does what the competition doesn’t. It actually encourages people to keep training.

It’s an exciting game. I enjoy games based on language, so I loved playing it. However, if you’re not a fan of language based games, you might want to give it a miss.

SongPop 2 gets a solid five out of five from me because it keeps everything that made the original game so compulsively replayable, add meaningful new features and modes of play, and once again makes me feel that as a loyal player I’m appreciated and part of a gaming community.

The Executive is satisfying in a way most games can't even approach: the game's continuous gameplay loop of kicking ass, taking names, crossing them off the list, buying upgrades, and doing it again provides some of most kinetic, rewarding gameplay I've experienced on iOS.

In short, I'm going to be playing Tactile Wars for a very long time, and you should be playing it too. I couldn't recommend it enough.

It has stellar sound and animation, and the puzzles are challenging and fun. In fact, the only complaint I have about this game is that there isn’t enough of it.

Magic and Mythies has a lot to offer for young players. With a wide variety of things to do, an expansive world to explore, and a colorful environment, it’s actually a fantastic MMO for young players in general.

There is no stopping the Sky Whale. It will keep you flying for many hours on end. And as you go, collect points and buy boosters to go even farther.

Pac-Man 256 is about as perfect a deconstruction of classic Pac-Man as we’ll find in modern gaming – the fact it bears the Pac-Man name and logo is but an added bonus to Hipster Whale’s latest iOS phenomenon.

The action buttons are a bit too large, but FIFA 16 is by far the best mobile football experience around. It is a hard one to beat.

Dead Among Us does a respectable job of enlisting players in the fight for humanity. There's always a new series of missions for food, medicine and supplies with hapless scientists getting into trouble.

Slow Down is a game that’s easy to learn but somewhat challenging to master. Not only does it look good but it plays fairly well, offers plenty of challenge for both novice and advanced players, and is a fairly decent casual experience all around

The gameplay is simple and addictive, the leveling system and player collection is deep and complex, and the game is just fun to play. The worst thing this game has going against it is the graphics, and those are still pretty good.

It isn’t perfect by any means, namely in the overwhelming amount of content that is thrown at you. However, for a fun game with just loads of content to explore and some sharp humor, Rush of Heroes is about as perfect as it gets.

That being said, our verdict is that Magic River is worth a try. If nothing else, you can cruise (rather hurtle) down the river whistling a tune and imagining you are Billy Joel.
