There are moments in Stoked when you’ll feel like it’s going to become that niche snowboarding game that all of the hip, young X360 players are going to play forever; like SSX back in the day. At other moments, though, you’ll feel as if you’re back on the chair lift awaiting the next run.

If I was limited to one word that described Samurai Shodown V, it would have to be unique. From the character designs, to amazingly thematic music, and unique twist on combat, this is a 2D fighting series that may not have gotten the crappy Hollywood movie like some other games in this genre, but it deserved a look then and warrants one now.

Overall it shines brilliantly compared to other titles of its franchise, but still falls short in some areas, mainly having to do with gameplay.

Part of what is so incredibly endearing about this game is that it’s so technically abhorrent. You’ll feel like you’re playing something from Xbox Live Arcade, but the fun factor is where EDF 2017 makes the leap to a standalone title.

A visually stunning game that truly captures the feeling of the show. Unfortunately, the gameplay quickly grows tiring and stale.

If you enjoy fast-paced, action packed, back cracking, ice cold hockey, I suggest you head on over and pick up this title...I wouldn’t go as far as saying it is a must buy.

So, if you can get past Iron Man's steep learning curve and a little bit of tarnish in the visual department, what are you left with? A game that's far from perfect, but still better than a lot of movie and comic book tie-ins that have come before.

It's actually a pretty fun experience...IF you’re playing with a small group of close friends. Outside of this specific situation, though, the experience loses a lot of its initial interest.

As a whole package, Quantum of Solace doesn’t quite cut it. It’s a decent game held back by the constraints of its license, which should be the thing that elevates the product. Treyarch did their best with what they had, but it’s not enough to elevate this game to superspy status.

An addictive mixture of fast-paced vehicular combat that combines a fluid arcade feel with vivid graphics, making it yet another worthwhile addition to the growing library of Xbox Live Arcade titles.

You’ll play it for a few hours, then take it online, play for awhile longer, then you’ll be done with it. It’s fun for the time that it lasts, and will definitely last you longer than the more expensive value meal that you’ll be buying.

Yes, Watchmen is worth…well, watching, due to its outward beauty, but its essence doesn’t lie in the gaming medium. Maybe the movie will prove something similar—that Watchmen’s mid-’80s comic book-series brilliance cannot be outdone.

A racer that is solid at its core, but it does little to make itself stand out in a sea of competent motorsports titles for the Xbox 360. There’s value in Baja: Edge of Control’s premium asking price, but it’s really hard to imagine said value being squeezed out by anyone other than desert or simulation game racing fanatics.

At two-thirds the price of Origins with about two-fifths the content, a return trip to the land of Ferelden doesn’t feel like the deal it seemed it would be.

Does a good job of topping the other hit Capcom fighter, "Capcom vs. SNK 2 EO." It provides better control with more familiar characters, as well as adding the tagging feature.

In a nut shell, it has a few "neat" things but in the long run they aren't worth the $60 price tag. I recommend waiting for a price reduction or saving your hard earned money for the next "Call of Duty".

The visuals may not be stunning, and the audio won't put any surround sound system through its paces, but Xyanide still packs some nice punch, especially when playing with a friend.

And for a family-friendly diversion that should keep the kiddies busy for quite some time, Feeding Frenzy 2 really nails it.

It's a budget title, what do you expect? My only reasonable gripe here is that 2K Games included both Xbox Live and Custom Soundtrack support in Ford Racing 3, so why not do the same once again?

If you're a fan of the original Assault Heroes game and you've been itching for more, Assault Heroes 2 is perfect for you. For everyone else, though, it's a tough call. The game adds a few new extras here and there, but it seems a little weak as far as sequels go.

Refining the cover and inventory systems would have gone a long way in making Kane & Lynch: Dead Men more user friendly. Hit detection needs work. The story is engrossing and well-executed.

The gameplay is a little better than the original game. A lot of this has to do with the experience being more streamlined but if driving sections and first person platforming frustrate you, The Doctor Who Cloned Me won't change your mind.

The platforming leaves a little to be desired, but the rest of the game is varied and challenging enough to keep you entertained.

If you’ve played any of the myriad action/RPG/brawlers starring superheroes culled from the Marvel universe, such as the X-Men Legends games or the original Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, then you’ve played Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2.

A pretty slick little kid's game. The underwater venue itself immediately gives Shamu's Deep Sea Adventures an advantage over the slew of E platformers and movie-license-based adventure titles. The gameplay is solid for the most part, and the 720p graphical offering is quite dazzling.

A competent entry into the genre. Any fan will enjoy reliving the best fight scenes with their favorite character, and perseverant players will be rewarded. Don’t let the budget price tag fool you.

This is a turn-based strategy game through and through, so fans of the genre will likely have a great time with Band of Bugs. However, if you don’t like the pacing or style of gameplay found in this type of game, your best bet is to avoid the game.

The mini-games are a lot of fun, especially if you have a few friends around for some party-gaming action. Some of them are a bit frustrating.
