In the build up to its release, Lost Planet 2 was seriously hyped up but as is so often the case in the games industry it sadly fails to live up to its billing offering nothing more than an at best an average shooter and one that is left to hardcore fans of the original rather than the gaming masses.- RealGamer

Deadly Premonition has developed something of a cult following, but for me the good bits were always overwhelmed by the bad.- RealGamer

Whilst Kinect Joyride does offer some fun moments, the fact you never really feel in control this is' very short lived…probably just like the game will be in your collection.- RealGamer

The key criticism to level at Tiger on the PSP is that EA have tried too hard to squeeze the full home experience into a UMD, evidently a step too far for the poor little handheld.- RealGamer

Dark Void is probably going to go down as one of the most disappointing titles of the year, after all of the expectation and hype. With a bit more time spent polishing and developing key elements and its story this could have become a “classic” as the potential is their for all to see, however in its current form it will sadly slip into the void of mediocrity that has claimed so many third person shooter in the past.- RealGamer

The multiplayer aspect does offer some hope, but this is definitely one title that seems destined for the scrap heap.- RealGamer

Avatar – The Game seems to have all the building blocks in place to provide gamers with a decent movie licence for once, and the first few minutes of play may trick you into thinking that’s exactly what you’ve got. Sadly though some blatantly obvious design flaws shine through and spoil what’s on offer in the game.- RealGamer

For someone looking for a decent adventure game, they could do a lot worse than this, but I found it to be an uphill struggle thanks to the lack of horror, slow pacing and over emphasis on combating evil spirits even the boss battles fail to mix things up enough in my opinion.- RealGamer

Overall, the lack of variety in terms of events and lack of any single player modes apart from the challenge mode makes this a well presented package but ultimately a disappointing one!- RealGamer

An interesting idea that fails spectacularly. Not only does the central concept reduce each match to an almost painful war of attrition, but Team 17 seem to have concentrated so heavily on making its new gimmick work correctly that the rest of the game has fallen by the wayside.- RealGamer

Everything here is too frantic, too rushed. You’re given a split second to make a decision that should take a multiple of three or four more time therefore you rush, you make mistakes unnecessarily and then you get mad. Avoid.- RealGamer

The dodgy camera, the impossible shooting set-up, the annoyingly slow stealth mode and the lack of a decent story! For the first time ever for me, I can say that there is nothing good about this game.- RealGamer

The point of Fight Club was not just the fighting, it was a lot deeper than that yet the developers seem to have completely missed the point and it shows in this empty and confusing mess of a game.- RealGamer

For these reasons, like a horror film, you’ll play it once then never play it again because you know what is coming and it is not scary the second time round. Therefore, I’d recommend you rent it rather than buy it.- RealGamer

But sadly, Ride simply lacks the same quality providing and unimaginative playing experience that never seems to get out of the blocks and you may feel you’ve being taken for a ride with this game, especially considering its price!- RealGamer

MySims SkyHeroes, offers an accessible take on the air combat genre for the younger gamer. However, its repetitive mission play and confusing progression system makes Sky Heroes a difficult game to stick with, even for its intended audience.- RealGamer

Unfortunately there are too many mundane missions and not enough variety throughout the game to make this an exciting shooter and the distinct lack of collectibles (something that the previous games prided themselves on) is also disappointing and makes exploring the bland levels pointless.- RealGamer

Yes, there is some humour but the gameplay, graphics, and audio and almost everything else is dull, repetitive and uninspiring! It is not terrible but is terribly average. All in all, you’re best off avoiding this Hazard!- RealGamer

As a “budget game” it is not terrible and the events are as wacky as the title suggests and could give some short-lived enjoyment for younger players if they’re accompanied by a friend or three, but as a single player experience this is quite tedious and the lack of events means that repetition is unavoidable.- RealGamer
