An agreeable effort with no drastic flaws, Spare Parts gets some things right but suffers from a lack of inspiration to be a compelling title.- PALGN

A poor movie to game adaptation (yes, another one) that has repetitive gameplay and no redeeming features. Johnny Depp has never been in anything so boring.- PALGN

Despite a well-developed combat system, Naruto: Uzumaki Chronicles 2 is a generic beat ‘em up title with minimal redeeming features. Unless you liked the first game, there are better Naruto titles available that offer a more pleasing experience.- PALGN

The gameplay is repetitive and there's hardly any support from the cast of the film.- PALGN

A better effort for the series but unless you live and breath Ford, there are much better options out there.- PALGN

The Sims 3 is an adequate port for the 3DS, but in the end fails to capture the addictive fun and charm of its original counterpart.- PALGN

If you find it cheap, and you know what you're getting, it may fit your bill. Not a must buy for anyone though - even pinball or pac-man freaks.- PALGN

A below average title that has been rushed to the Xbox 360. The game features poor AI, no challenge, glitches, boring levels and a minimalistic moveset.- PALGN

Brunswick Pro Bowling could have been an extension of the bowling found in Wii Sports. Unfortunately, by making the game too difficult most players are best left to playing the bowling game that came free with their Wii.- PALGN

While it is clear most of the time what the developers were trying to achieve, The First Templar is a bland, repetitive game that lacks the level of polish that most games nowadays have to be considered average.- PALGN

It's not dead on arrival, but it never reaches its true potential. It's not enough to stand out, but Neverdead will satisfy those willing to try something different.- PALGN

Conflict: Denied Ops is a mediocre first-person shooter with average gameplay. With so many flaws, this game is a tough sell at its current premium price.- PALGN

You would think that they could have done a better job than this. A free roaming 3D affair – think GTA but with a giant – wouldn’t have taken a whole lot more effort, and could actually have been an amusing little distraction. Instead, the developers have opted for half-assed 3D, and it doesn’t do the game any good at all.- PALGN

The ship formation change puzzles and in-game revelations actually make it interesting for the player - interesting enough to find out why there are dinosaurs roaming in a 300-year-old spaceship that is heading towards Earth.- PALGN

Monster 4X4: World Circuit is a budget port of an Xbox title, we're getting it almost a year later and at full price. The game wasn't great originally and it still isn't.- PALGN

If it was released as an eShop title and had greater care taken to the controls, then it would be a much more worthwhile purchase, but as it stands there isn't enough variety or polish on offer in Cubic Ninja.- PALGN

Ape Academy fails on all levels as a mini-game collection. Even if the lack of vareity and modes are negligile, the control and balance kill any possibilty of redemption.- PALGN

It’s main problem is definitely its “on the rails” approach towards the gameplay side of things and its combat system is less than perfect.- PALGN

Not a disaster. Give it a rent to try out the shark-centric gameplay mechanics, but most Jaws fans will be put off by the mediocrity of the package and wasted opportunity for excellence.- PALGN

One for renting, and that's only if it really is one of the last options on the shelf. There's a lack of variety, imagination and difficulty here, and an otherwise solid game engine suffers because of these oversights. The less said about the humour, the better.- PALGN
