No worries about losing pieces or counting up blocks as the computer does it all for you now even. I can practice new strategies, pick up hints from watching the computer play, all useful for real life games.- No DPad

Ultimately, Eternal Legacy by Gameloft is one of the most graphically pleasing RPG's on the appstore at the moment. It is a well made J-RPG that boasts umpteen hours of gameplay between the main quest and the side quests, even if those side quests are hard to find.- No DPad

Tiny Wings is a good game. But it's extremely raw when it comes to options such as being able to listen to your own music, and it also left out GameCenter on its initial launch. The gameplay is addictive, though, and the artwork isn't too shabby.- No DPad

Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. is one of the best dogfighting experiences on the iPhone, but it's still not enough to be the best we've ever seen. It's somewhat difficult and online multiplayer would be such an awesome feature. The storyline is very well done though, and the graphics were amazingly rendered.- No DPad

Dead Space isn't a game that particularly stood out and isn't something that's a no-brainer Must Have in my eyes. The production values are high, and EA did a really nice job with this one. I just wasn't exactly addicted to it, and it never really grasped me from the start. But the playing atmosphere and graphics are phenomenal, and the game as a whole is quite professional.- No DPad

9mm includes some improved voice-acting, great online multiplayer, an interesting storyline, and an overall action-packed adventure that is sure to entice third-person shooter fans. Just note that the game isn't for everyone, and I personally thought the amount of language in this game was really unnecessary.- No DPad

Can Knockdown 2 does everything a casual game should do: universal, GameCenter achievements, great graphics, and a simple gameplay mechanic. But, it does get old quickly, and there are only 12 achievements for you to work with.- No DPad

Fast and Furious Adrenaline is a competent racing game; it'll provide you with a few hours of high-speed thrills along with some sweet cars. There are some issues with it including the need to connect to Facebook to access the online multiplayer, but all in all, I thought it was a good racer.- No DPad

Fastar! is not what most would expect of an Action RPG, nor is it what most would expect from Kooistra having played his previous app store releases - admittedly, the game left me scratching my head at first and it took me several plays to warm to it. Set aside such expectations, however, and Fastar reveals itself to be an excellent casual action game, well worth the paltry price of admission.- No DPad

It really is sad that Splatterhouse did not receive wider recognition during its time, because it was a good game for its time. Hell, probably even a great one. However, really all side-scrolling beat-em-up games boil down to the same essential gameplay mechanics, and this game is those mechanics at their most basic.- No DPad

Ultimately, Super Mega Worm is an enjoyable experience after the initial accommodation-period for the controls. While the upgrades provide incentive for replayability, the rather one-dimensional nature of the game keeps it at a "worth a look" recommendation. And remember to recycle kids. As a dual-stick shooter, Catacombs fails because it's not frantic enough. As an action game, it fails because the combat isn't very interesting. As an RPG, it fails because it's not deep enough. As an adventure and a game of exploration, it fails because there's no incentive to progress and nothing new to discover as you go.- No DPad

The game is short on lasting appeal, and leans too heavily on MiniGore, but is nonetheless worth a look. A dual-stick stick shooter for casual gamers, Guerilla Bob is best taken in short spurts over time. Once you strip down the game to its bare core and reveal it in its true form, you get a relatively smooth online FPS with one gameplay mode. Poor animations add to the list along with the fact that replay value is limited, making for quite mediocre online play.- No DPad
