Let's Golf! 3 could ask you from 79 cents to 39.99 euros in order to play without limitations, but the game also rewards your skill by giving you some virtual money every time you win a match. The bottom line is you can actually play for hours without paying anything, that's great. In terms of gameplay, this new episode is very similar to Let's Golf! 2, it comes with a lot of modes and also gives you the opportunity to play online matches for up to four players.

With its focus on mindless destruction, Bodycount starts as a refreshing return to the roots of the original FPS, but the short campaign, the lack of many game modes and a certain monotony during the levels keep the Codemasters' title from being a good game overall.

Driver: San Francisco is a brand new start for the franchise. The Shift mechanic works well, creating compelling, strange and challenging missions. It's definitively a great game, but some flaws keep the Reflections title away from being a masterpiece.

SPY mouse is a riskless project for Firemint, less ambitious than Real Racing 2 but more suitable for casual users. It's still a very enjoyable and polished game, but ordinary boss battles and the lack of support for Game Center leaderboards and achievements are small flaws that could have been avoided.

Groove Coaster is another little masterpiece by Reisuke Ishida; a great rhythm game that fits perfectly on the Apple devices and that any lover of the genre should check out.

Another hybrid gameplay form Foursaken, in some way similar to the first chapter but also different enough to represent something new, Bug Heroes Quest is a good action-RPG based on a twin stick style. Despite some flaws in controls and visuals, an optimal choice at this price.

In this iPhone version, Shift 2: Unleashed can't take advantage of the wide iPad screen to maximize its excellent first person driving experience, but the overall results are still excellent in terms of quality: the tilt controls work great, they're completely customizable and there are plenty of races and modes to play with. However, the lack of an online multiplayer is really disappointing.

Cordy is a great platformer, which recalls the style and the gameplay of LittleBigPlanet. The game features some very nice graphics, very accurate touch controls and 26 levels, asking you to complete them in several ways to get all the stars. If you like the genre, this is a must buy.

Roboto could have been a much better platform without some controversial design choices and, mostly, with more polished and accurate controls. In fact, excellent graphics and nice bosses became unimportant when small buttons and a questionable health system make the game so frustrating.

You can just love or hate Catherine: it divides the players between who can appreciate every detail of the game and who become immediately bored for its gameplay. Other than this the game is a little jewel in terms of plot, dialogues and puzzles.

I'm sure there are people who will find E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy a very enjoyable title, maybe because of its complexity, its being "old school" in an always more console oriented PC market. The fact is this game suffers from so many shortcomings that it's really hard to recommend to anyone.

Despite the simple idea, To-Fu: The Trials of Chi is an amusing and enjoyable platformer, with well-made controls and a cut and funny protagonist. Collecting medals adds more value and depth to the 100+ levels, but only the most tolerant and tenacious players will find the strength to complete them all.

Xtreme Wheels deals with the "acrobatic" action genre even in a mature and serious fashion, thanks to a physics-based gameplay rather than on the execution of air tricks. Too bad the controls are not that accurate.

Let's Golf! 3D is a very enjoyable arcade golf game, with plenty of single player modes and five beautiful locations. The 3DS version has no online multiplayer, the 3D effect is poorly implemented and the frame rate is pretty inconsistent, nonetheless Gameloft's last effort is a good buy for the money.
