Xenoblade Chronicles X is a difficult game to judge. It's completely different from any Japanese RPG we are used to playing and the sheer amount of content is just mind-blowing. There are a few flaws here and there; however, it's just plain incredible that this game runs on the Wii U hardware as it is. The planet Mira is the true star, here: not the story nor the characters, but a whole alien world.

Paper Jam Bros truly is a gem. Lengthy, rewarding, full of surprises, it manages to capture both spirits, the Mario & Luigi and the Paper ones. Don't miss this game.

Life is Feudal: Your Own has a lot of potential but it's still far from a target that could just be his MMORPG version.

While there is some good in the management part of Gladiators Online: Death Before Dishonor, its combat system and matchmaking are seriously flawed. Better going somewhere else, even if it's a free-to-play game.

It's a nice remake of a beloved browser game which offers simple and good old-school platforming action with just the right challenge.

The Crew Wild Run is quite better than the launch version of the game, thanks to many graphics enhancements and three new game modes included in the Summit. Even tough there are still some features that need to be improved, such as the driving model, collisions detection and the impact of weather on vehicles.

Knight Squad finds its strength in its simplicity and intuitive structure. Supported by a good number of variations, the game flows really smooth and pleasantly, even if it can't last for too long. Obviously, the multiplayer is practically mandatory.

Eternal Arena is a very nice mix of action RPG and MOBA, with lots of different game modes, characters and items to unlock.

The train of consequences brings the characters to their extreme destinations. Tough choices encourage a second playthrough, but for a proper ending it's required to play another season, and spend more money.

Typoman is a really interesting and fascinating experience. The concept itself, the artistic direction and the great atmosphere all make for a game which will be a pleasure to many and will remain in our memories for a long time. Unfortunately there are some limits too, they don't spoil the experience at all but don't allow Typoman to be one of the best titles available on the Nintendo eShop.

Neon Drive is incredibly slick and stylish and definitely fun to play, but it’s far too difficult and is really too thin on content even for a free game.

Heart of Thorns is a curious experiment which further strengthen ArenaNet's resolve to change the MMO landscape. Does it work? Not really, not totally. The metroidvania progression is kind of fun but the endless grind of public events and group activities makes every step of the road more frustrating than appealing.

The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing: Final Cut delivers a rich, compelling ARPG experience.

Superbeat: Xonic is a surprisingly positive videogame for PlayStation Vita. A perfect title for all fans of rhythm games.

Mario Tennis is a huge waste of potential: controls and graphics are great, but there are few game modes, normal shots are too easy to do, and super shots are way too important.

Just Dance 2016 is more of the same, with a much more accessible multiplayer mode and a new subscription service that fans will love.

The Room Three is another great entry for a series that keeps moving forward in a convincing way.

A classic masterpiece comes to Steam, but this release isn't satisfactory at all: the visual style is too old, but the gameplay stays strong.

Dragon Fin Soup is a challenging title, definitely not suitable for every audience. The large amount of things to do , however, is partly compromised by procedural mechanics of both missions and landscapes and a poor user interface. The result is a quite boring experience, especially in the long term.

Despite a nice story and art, the game is dull, unispired, old. Rodea is a game of 10 years ago distributed today, even on Wii U, a more-than-capable HD console, with poor controls and problematic gameplay.

Super Boys - The Big Fight is a fun brawler, packed with lots of crazy characters and even an online multiplayer mode, but the touch controls need some work.

Legacy of the Void is the epic conclusion of StarCraft II as well as the best episode of the trilogy. The perfect mix between deep gameplay and new level mechanics makes the campaign very engaging both for new and veteran players. Moreover, in addition to PvP there are some great new multiplayer modes like the coop campaign and the Archon Mode, which can be very useful to improve skills and to get ready for ladder matches.

Blue Byte tried to renew the Anno series, but the game lacks on content.

Mushihimesama is one of the best manic shooters on PC. Buy it.

Rise of Heroes offers little control on what happens on screen but a huge amount of in-app purchases: the result is a mild RPG which definitely isn’t going to last long.

Clandestine is a great cooperative game and a good single player game. Try it if you are in search of an original take on the stealth genre.
