A great beginning for the new Deus Ex Universe, and a big improvement from Human Revolution, due to the new powers, the impressive amount of approaches and the amazing narrative background. It's a dark, mature and finely crafted game, that Deus Ex fans won't forget for a while.

Resident Evil 4 is still one of the best games of the last generation and one of the best chapters in the series, but Capcom has made almost no effort to reinvest in this title. The mere introduction of the HD doesn't manage to bring up to date the graphics, but the game overall is so good that we can easily override the problem.

This third episode is more similar to the classical shooter of this generation than its prequel lacking some of the originality of the saga. It remains a major step from a tachnical point of view.

It's a brilliant, and sometimes brutal, fantasy transposition of the Advance Wars formula, that was obviously created with loads of love and respect for the original series. While not perfectly balanced at times, nor particularly innovative, it's still a great strategy game.

Stacking is a little pearl, a game so well-crafted you won't be able to put it down. One of the best pieces of software you can buy on XBLA and PSN if you don't mind using your brains more than your reflexes.

F1 2011 is a big step forward from the prequel. Codemasters has listened the feedback and worked so much on the multiplayer and all the small details. Good work too on the technical aspects of the game but we'd like to have 60 FPS.

Axiom Verge is simply the best metroidvania so far. Big, tough, beautifully retro and with a lot of things to do. One of the best 2015 games so far.

After one year, Layton is still a great experience: puzzles are challenging as they were supposed to be and the story is very well written, with charming characters and locations. One of the best "more of the same" of the year.

South of the Circle masters the art of storytelling through videogames, presenting a deep and mature story using a perfect style, but you have to be aware that this is actually a novel with very limited interaction.

Streets of Rage 4 is exactly what we hoped it would be: a heartfelt tribute to a long gone era that doesn't try to revolutionize the original formula and keeps it intact, delivering a very fun and solid experience.

The core game remains the same, with the same flaws as the original title, so we didn’t feel it was right to raise the score for Stellar Blade on PC, as it’s essentially the exact same experience—just with lower latency and a few minor extra contents. That said, the work done by Shift Up is truly outstanding: one of the best PC ports in terms of optimization, flawless on mid to high-end setups, and perfectly playable even on much less powerful machines. If you haven’t played it on PS5, don’t hesitate to dive into this port without any worries.

Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound is an effective reimagining of a genre that has become increasingly underrepresented. The Game Kitchen has found an ideal compromise between the immediacy of the past and the complexity expected from modern video games, creating a fast-paced, layered hack ’n’ slash built entirely around a simple gameplay solution. It’s an experiment that doesn’t fully succeed: the game alternates between overly simple and somewhat frustrating sections, though never truly challenging, and it runs out of surprises within just a few minutes, ultimately becoming too predictable — though still devilishly fun.

Wispin is a nice "survival" action game, with a lot of different enemies to kill. The tilt controls don't seem to be accurate like the touch ones, while the presence of a health bar instead of a single life saves us from frustration.

Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road is a title that offers an incredible amount of content and a compelling, well-structured gameplay experience. The pacing of Story Mode could have been handled better, and newcomers may struggle to fully get in tune with the game, but it is undoubtedly one of the best entries in the series.

https://multiplayer.it/recensioni/gerda-a-flame-in-winter-recensione.html Gerda A Flame in Winter is an interesting and well-written graphic adventure that takes us to one of the lesser-known and lesser-treated World War II fronts in the video game market. Its only limitations are basic animations and a not particularly long running time, but these are elements that may go by the wayside given the overall quality of the narrative and the variety of situations we will encounter.

Giving a judgment on the PC version of Final Fantasy XVI is complicated: on one hand, we confirm the impressions provided in the review of the PlayStation 5 version, but on the other hand, one cannot ignore a conversion that (at least until the release of patches) does not convince due to the excessive hardware requirements.
