Sonic Lost World offers some of Sonic's classic gameplay styles mixed with some tiny tidbits of Mario Galaxy. It's not the perfect match for a platform game, nor is it the best Sonic in the last decade. Easy for hardcore fans and perfect for newcomers.- Meristation

This 'end of all things' couldn't be just simple, or happier or just bigger. It had to be just like Deponia deserved: A more surreal, acid, bizarre, actioner final chapter that pushes the humour to its limits sometimes. Rufus isn't changed at all, but we don't want to see he changes. We want to be again with this egomaniac selfish antihero and his particular crusade. The ending the surreal universe that Daedalic has made deserves, its hard to just say 'see ya!' to Goodbye Deponia, because we're really gonna miss these guys a lot. That's what happened when things are very well done.- Meristation

Montague's Mount promises a journey through the mind of a tortured man, by the shores of an Irish island and endless emotions. Actually we got an adventure burdened by its design flaws and soft script although it has potential for the future.- Meristation

Superb beginning for the new series from Telltale. Fables tastefully mixes elements of noir films with supernatural elements to make an intriguing story with great rhythm and fantastic characters. We only wish the studio ironed out some bugs.- Meristation

Beyond: Two Souls is the evolution of Heavy Rain formula. Quantic Dream gets thrilled and tells a story about love and desperation following Jodie's life. A cinematic experience with stunning PS3 graphics and David Cage's signature narrative to show what lies beyond death.- Meristation

A new graphics engine takes the lead in a sixth generation that brings along tons of new Pokémons, new gameplay elements and the same old-school combat style that has earned a die hard fanbase for more than 20 years. It's Pokemon at his best, a must-have for both fans and 3DS owners.- Meristation

Girl Fight is a bad copy of some fighting games. Simple and poor gameplay, generic visuals with few issues in stages and animations and only the most basic modes available.- Meristation

F1 2013 keeps the pace of last year. The Classic Edition is much better, because the standard edition is highly trimmed. Good job for Codemasters, but a season low risk, transition to next year and next-gen.- Meristation

One of the most sensible experiences of the year, RAIN is pure feelings in a simple tale of boy meets girl and scape from monsters. The shadow of ICO is undoubtedly planning over SCE Japan Studio's new creature, but the makers of Puppeteer manage to give its creature an unique personality. Beautiful, lyrical, and extraordinary deep in feelings, RAIN makes itself Debussy's Claire de Lune to touch us and make us part of its own rain.- Meristation

As one of the top examples in its genre, Soul Hackers stands as one of the most complex-intriguing games we've got the chance to enjoy on Nintendo 3DS. The lack of a better graphics engine and an oldish gameplay mechanics might be considered for those who look for a tip-top experience. It's Shin Megami Tensei at its best, nevertheless.- Meristation

One of the most rewarding indie-games of this year finally arrives at PSN, a solid survival horror that offers a weird but quite interesting gameplay style. With a bunch of new elements added to its mechanic, this is by far the best Lone Survivor we'd have asked for.- Meristation

With the arrival of The Cain Killer, ends the first season of Cognition: An Erica Reed Thriller, and the weaknesses of this latest installment should not hide the superb adventure as a whole. A game that adventure lovers cannot miss.- Meristation

Armored Core V is reborn thanks to Verdict Day. New modes, new items, new settings, most important online tools, mechs editor... But nothing more. The chaos and the disorder are in a game that doesn't get new players.- Meristation

It's nothing sort of a miracle that Square Enix has managed to transform the original Final Fantasy XIV in this beautiful, packed full of content and enjoyable MMO. Sometimes it´s a bit too classic and safe in its design, but the result is excellent. Naoki Yoshida and his team have reasons to be proud.- Meristation

Scary as hell, but not so much like its predecessor The Dark Descent - considered one of the scariest games ever made -, this Machine for Pigs is truly a terrifying Lovecraftian tale of Victorian and industrial horror, with unthinkable machines, mad doctors and more, but with some wrong design decisions.- Meristation

Pirates, dark castles, Tim Burton-esque scenarios, the grim reaper, a giant whale, dragons, Taiku drums... Everything on a single stage that changes every 5-10 minutes, not only in its visuals but in its goals. Now fight inside a snake, cross the deep sea, run from moonbears. Puppeteer is truly one of its kind, a unique playable extravaganza like no other, and one of the most attractive games of the year on PlayStation 3. If you miss that old feelin' only vintage 2D platforms from Genesis & Super Nes can bring, just buy this golden ticket that Japan Studio offers you.- Meristation
