If you’re a fan of action RPGs or just a gamer who would like to break out of the normal turn-based combat, then Tales of Legendia should be in your PS2!

There is a bare minimum of interactable items, namely, computer screens and boxes you can push for absolutely no reason. While the computer screens are neat in the way they're used, it's just not enough.

A gameplay experience in the 20-60 hour range...That said, the debilitating single-player deficiencies, along with the outrageous hardware requirements for multiplayer caused my rating to take a significant hit downward.

Another aspect of the game that proved a massive disappointment was the fact that all the game's boss fights were 1 vs. 1. Normally you have a party of 4 characters, so why change that for boss fights?

I’m not going to lie… this installment isn’t quite as good. Episode I had a few minor errors that I hoped would be fixed, and in some cases they were. But the game ended up leaving me unsatisfied. A pretty good game, but not as good as it should’ve been.

A very average game, enjoyable without standing out, and sadly forgettable.

A satisfying and enjoyable experience, a must-have for GameCube owners and hardcore fans who crave the kind of bang-bang shoot-'em-up action that made SF64 a classic.

From the creation of potions to the combo attacks, Eragon offers a surprising amount of depth that will please any RPG fan.

This is a game to be played for hours on end. And if you can find me a hack that allows me to save the game whenever I wish, I will recommend you for a Knighthood!

An interesting RPG with some rather unique characters. Although this game more than likely won't be winning any awards for best game of the year, it is still a nice pick-up for anyone who was a fan of Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne or any RPG player.

If you are looking for a radically new and innovative gaming experience, steer clear of Neverwinter Nights 2. This is very much like a second helping of Neverwinter Nights, albeit a tad longer and more complex. Which, come to think of it, ain’t such a bad thing after all.

A merely solid game in a crowd of giants like "Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones." But for all that, it managed to etch itself a little place in my memory, and I can't help but recommend it to any RPGer with a little time and an open mind.

Even though the game has its fare share of flaws (such as the slow-down I repeatedly mentioned), it also has several strong points that can easily make it a fun experience.

While Tales of Phantasia features both good graphics and sound, and a relatively fun combat system, it might not be a game for everyone. Even though I personally really enjoyed my experience with it, Tales might be a little more difficult for newer RPG fans to get into, considering it's based on an older game.

Baten Kaitos has more than just a story. It features a strangely intuitive battle system built around decks of cards called Magnus.

Although there is a button that lets you adjust the camera angle, it tended not to cooperate.

While it’s not exactly an original formula, Conan’s gory action and light character-building elements should be just enough to keep most gamers entertained.

It's not perfect, but playing as Venom is a great change, and exploring the city is a lot of fun.

While neither storyline is particularly grand, they manage to still be pretty enjoyable.

A must-see for fans who want a glimpse at what happens when the game ends. However, I suggest it as a rental.

Lemmings on the PSP continues to be that fun puzzle game that we all enjoyed years ago. It might have been nice to see some new abilities and more new stages, but with some excellent sound, good graphics, and the addition of a level creator, Lemmings looks to bring an entirely new generation of fans to the series.

It’s not as deep as RPGs like Xenosaga or Fable, and its colorful, animated theme may turn some gamers off. Still, it’s unique and a lot of fun, and with a very affordable price, it’s a game that no artistic RPG fan should miss out on.

A fun role-playing game that fans of the original should welcome with open arms.

It's not the deepest RPG out there, but it's still a lot of fun to play.

The quality of the voice work ranges from good to poor, with the main character being one of the worst and most annoying.

While it is not particularly long and does not have too much replay value, it keeps one entranced while one is playing it.

While Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner - Raidou Kuzunoha vs. The Soulless Army is an overall solid game, fans of the series might be a little disappointed with the lighthearted story and mediocre action-oriented combat.
