The missions, characters, expansive city environment, sound and graphics all pull together to create an enjoyable experience. The game is, however, filled with minor flaws, and the camera causes frustration. With a weak story and minor technical faults Grand Theft Auto Advance was never going to be more than just a fun game.- GBA Central

A great looking and great sounding game, one of the most impressive on the GBA. The frustrating lack of control, screen-resets and small number of levels put a nasty dent in its play value.- GBA Central

It is an entertaining espionage action game that suffers from some bad glitches and difficult controls.- GBA Central

Won’t last long as a single player game - combat’s a little simple and the gameplay modes on offer are just too dry to provide any lasting entertainment.- GBA Central

The GBA needed this game, but it could have used a bit more refinement in control and frame-rate before shipping.- GBA Central

Follows every role-playing cliché and rule but does so with style. Sadly however the flaws within the game remain too obvious and Sword of Mana is merely a slightly above average game that deserves a slightly above average score.- GBA Central

For children the Hobbit offers hours of fun with easy to learn controls and simple puzzles, as for adults the game can become slightly condescending with its simplicity.- GBA Central

Be it from talking to characters to fulfilling the needs, however without the ability to make money and build larger houses, and the distinctive lack of a variety of furniture this open-ended gameplay quickly wears thin, even making the whole thing less open-ended in practice than in theory.- GBA Central

The bottom line is that the title caters more to children than does to adults and it presents some great fun for any child. If you are in need of a challenge and something different, The Lion King 1½ may not satisfy.- GBA Central

It’s next to impossible to recommend Power Rangers: Ninja Storm to anyone but young fans of the T.V show. It’s simplistic, easy, and relatively short.- GBA Central

The biggest downfall for the game however, is that it tried hard to incorporate the best elements from other highlight examples of the genre, and in doing so, suffers the same fate as most homages - it simply doesn’t have the same depth or natural “feel” of the originals.- GBA Central
