If you’re looking for a new Soulslike experience and willing to tolerate some notable negatives all the while experiencing a very unique setting, it’s a decent time. It’s a bit difficult to recommend to a more casual audience, but if you’re seeking a challenge, albeit not necessarily intentionally, Enotria is a decent time. Enotria: The Last Song has its share of issues, but I’d wager it’s a great first step for Jyamma Games in this style, and I can only imagine they’ll make something even better with the next release.

All the wacky weapons and wormitude are present in Worms 3D, but it offers far more frustrating moments than fun ones.

Wild ARMs 4 seems to be the complete opposite of the standard RPG, as it's the gameplay, not the story, which kept me playing.

Mario Mix is a worthy addition to your library if you have kids 6 to 12 that would like to dance and don't mind doing so with Mario and company.

All in all, I’m pretty impressed with Fortified. It has very few shortcomings, most notably the repetitive music and lack of modes, but at $14.99 it gives a very fun, challenging, multiplayer experience for Xbox One and PC players alike.

Not a bad portable racer by any means, but there has been better. I'd suggest this one more for the younger crowd, due to the simplified controls if for no other reason.

All in all Madden NFL 21 is a major case of deja vu. Is it bad? Not in the least. Is Madden NFL 21 a great advancement in football simulation that some might be looking for? Not in the least as well. The hope for me is that the next gen versions (which is included with the purchase of this years’ release for current gen versions) will be a significant upgrade and not just a higher res version with faster loading times. So this is one of the more difficult scores I’ve had to give a sports title. On one hand you get to versions of Madden NFL 21 (current gen/next gen) and it’s a great football release. On the other hand if you play/buy Madden every year I find it hard to fully endorse buying this year’s release based on just how similar it is to Madden 20.

It shows itself to be so willing to skewer a genre that’s ripe for it, but then it falls into the same traps and pitfalls that you’d expect in any other survival game. If you’re a fan of the genre anyway, that may not matter, and you may appreciate a bit of humour added on to the usual, but if you’re hoping that Breathedge might be a breath of fresh air, look elsewhere.

Archangel is a great game, but it's overall length and high price tag may put off many players. It's not hard to learn and super fun to blast everything in site like a futuristic Rambo, but I wish there was more to it than what is presented here. Side missions or maybe even some extra challenges would have helped out greatly. You can replay any mission you have completed, but that can only keep you busy for so long. Bottom line, I do highly recommend Archangel, as you will have a kick ass time. If it's length and price don't bother you, well, get it now and start blasting everything in site!

If you really get into the way the game handles you will find hours and hours worth of stuff to keep occupied thanks to the horde of gameplay modes and challenges to accomplish.

I had a hard time pulling myself away from the RoC mode, even though my instincts were telling me I was tired of playing it. It has that kind of affect on you, even though it's only a slightly above average race engine.

It’s hard to imagine anything here sticking with you much beyond when you’re playing it. You’re sure to enjoy Mages of Mystralia while you’re playing it — and if you’re a fan of isometric RPGs, it’s certainly worth thinking about playing it — but I can’t imagine it’ll stick with you once you put the controller down.

Once the game reaches a 20-dollar price tag, by all means, it is worth having in your collection, but until then, maybe you should just stick to playing "Monkey Ball" while you wait.

This game tries to as accurately as possible replicate the feeling of being left for dead on an island. This means no tutorial whatsoever, so make sure you read those instructions before diving into this blue.

The lack of control and visibility, the lack of responsiveness of player controlled characters and silly artificial intelligence made it impossible to even stomach the game long enough to get past the same level that was included in the demo.

I’m certainly engaged enough with this first chapter to see things through to the end, and I imagine you will be too. Just go in with some expectations in check, this isn’t the Telltale game that’s going to reinvent the wheel for their particular style of gameplay. But it does serve as a solid introduction to a well-known, and well-liked character from The Walking Dead, and hopefully spirals into some interesting revelations the further we proceed.

If you're a fan of the Metroidvania genre, Song of the Deep isn’t a bad pick up, but it might be worth waiting to see how good Head Lander is if you only have money for one side scroller this month.

The best part of Cinderella: Magical Dreams is how the game corresponds to the movie clips. Each level brings the player into the movie through interactive play and following up each level with the next scene.

I enjoyed revisiting Front Mission, and I think the base game is neat enough to warrant a look for any RPG fan out there that hasn’t had the opportunity to play one of these games yet. Both campaigns are pretty sizable, it took me a bit to finish the initial OCU campaign, and then there’s the tougher UCS campaign to check out that I haven’t finished, so you’ll certainly get a number of hours out of the game if you decide to dive in. I’d suggest giving Front Missions 1st: Remake a shot, maybe more so if you’ve never played the game before, just keep in mind that it’s a prettier port of a classic strategy RPG that may not have all the bells and whistles you’re used to with more modern titles.

At some point you have to assign proper value to your own time, because Extraction will not. There are too many good games out there that manage to do this better. If you are on PC, play GTFO instead. If you are only interested in GamePass games? Play Aliens: Fireteam Elite. Do you want tight Rainbow Six gameplay and tactics? Stick with Siege. There are no upsides to Extraction that outweigh the negatives here, and I cannot suggest it to anyone in its current state.

While the standard gameplay itself doesn't represent a huge fault, the generally annoying controls ultimately disqualify Duck Dodgers as a worthwhile purchase for most gamers.
