Despite its limitations, Sims 3 manages to be the closest to the true Sims experience for people who want to play God on the go.

Outside of those few positives, it's a lesson on how not to use a movie license within the video game industry.

Streets is about as anemic as a retail game can legally be.

Marvel Pinball is simply a must-buy. Though the ball physics can be a little speedy at times and some of the bonus rounds are mildly frustrating, it's a great collection of pinball games that you shouldn't miss.

This Party simply doesn't have the substance to hold up.

Unbound Saga has a tempting premise and a snazzy style, complete with visual sound effects, but the brawling action can't hold a candle to Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, or even Turtles in Time Re-Shelled. As a fan of the genre, it saddens me to say that the best thing about Unbound Saga is the unusually cool soundtrack.

Star Wolves 3: Ashes of Victory should have included a lot of improvements and fixes over the original, but instead remains very much the same. This is one open space that is better left unexplored, and a Civil War that is best to stay out of.

Not content to deliver a substandard singleplayer, however, Bizarre crafted an equally ho-hum multiplayer.

While The Biggest Loser: Ultimate Workout may seem like another fitness knock-off, the fact it has so much health-related content packed into it, along with mostly good interactivity with the Kinect, make us feel like it deserves a recommendation. This Loser will make you feel like a winner-if you're strong enough.

There's ultimately no real purpose to this game's existence, but if you get stuck with it for Christmas, you could certainly do worse for an evening or weekend.

The level design leaves a lot to be desired.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 is not a good DS game by any account. There's no effort behind it, the storytelling is weak, and the presentation is some of the least inspired on the handheld.

So while the replay value is limited to a few playthroughs and easy-to-earn achievements, X-Men Arcade is an excellent recommendation for a weekend diversion with friends.

Bloody Good Time tries to pour too much formula into a limited cup, causing overflow and mayhem – and not the good kind. Avoid this Bloody mess.

There is a hint of something good inside of Blood Drive, but a lengthy checklist of balance issues and aggravating events keep it from being remotely enjoyable. If Blood Drive accomplishes one thing, it's proving that zombies don't make everything better.

Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom thrives on the power of clever puzzles and the enjoyable simplicity of combat. Awkward moments of backtracking and horrible voice-acting are nearly forgotten in the ensuing moments of pride and the excitement of uncovering hidden items.

A lack of challenge has led to the demise of many platformers in the past. Oddly, that's not the case with Kirby's Epic Yarn. It is easy to play and requires no real skill to master, but it's a load of fun regardless.

Just remember that this is a game that gets by on charm and humor, not gameplay.

Even if you're a fan of snowboarding games, you'll struggle with almost everything that Adrenalin Misfits has to offer. Even the inclusion of a likable multiplayer mode can't keep this game from being a grind.

The appeal of a Live-enabled, DLC-driven Yu-Gi-Oh! game certainly has merit in theory, but Konami clearly phoned in their efforts in the hopes that the mega-popular brand alone would sell units.

Fun story modes, glitches, excellent creation options, terrible sound design, and an enjoyable-though nowhere near perfect-WWE Universe all combine to create one thing: a mixed bag of a wrestling game.

Yeah, it's tough going at times, and the game doesn't possess the kind of deep RPG battle system that most folks prefer. But The Oath In Felghana is still a fine entry in the Y's series, and well worth the investment for the next time you're stuck on a long road trip.

The more challenging aspects take a bit to get to, but when players do reach the Plus Mode and Special Levels, it's worth every second.

It is absolutely perfect for the iPhone and other touchscreen devices, but loses a little something when played with a mouse, and for more than a few minutes at a time.

If you're one of the two people who couldn't wait for Fist of the North Star to get its own game on next-gen consoles, your time has finally come. Everyone else will find a mediocre brawler, hidden under a coat of post-apocalyptic paint.
