It's simply frustrating that, even after several previous installments, the series has yet to improve significantly – even moreso since a lot of the issues holding it back seem easily fixable. As it stands, Rune Factory 3 is a solid game – just not a great one.- GamesRadar+

We hate ripping on something that's such an earnest effort, but the stark reality is that Rock of the Dead was released in the wrong way at the wrong price with nowhere near enough complexity to justify its length.- GamesRadar+

If you're going to make a game with ninjas and dragons, it better be larger than a mountain and a couple of rock textures.- GamesRadar+

Namco Museum Megamix is hit-and-miss, but for retro arcade gaming, it can't be beat. If you drained your allowance into beeping machines for most of the late 80s and 90s, you'll love it, but if you're only interested in the new "remixed" games, you may be disappointed.- GamesRadar+

If you are a devoted fan of the series looking to revisit the DBZ universe, then this game is certainly worth your time and dollar. For gamers just looking for an exciting fighting game, its best to leave this one on the shelf.- GamesRadar+

It tries to cater to both fight fans and Dragon Ball's frighteningly devoted legion, yet fails to really hit the mark on either side.- GamesRadar+

We have a game that tries its best but still feels a half-decade behind, we have a guitar that isn't, and we have a drum kit so flawed it's almost offensive. Add it all together and take the average, and it comes out to a nice, even 3.- GamesRadar+

So while the spectacle of the park exceeds the actual rides, PokePark Wii is still worth checking out if you're a fan of the actual Pokemon themselves and just want a relaxing Pokemon-themed diversion.- GamesRadar+

If your biggest complaint about previous such entries is that they didn't include horseback riding, hang gliding or skiing, then MotionSports might get you in front of the TV for a weekend of flawed fun. Otherwise, we suggest leaving this one on the sidelines.- GamesRadar+

The overall feel of the game is just not engaging – there's no sense of speed, there's no sense of control, and there's no sense of variety.- GamesRadar+

Still! It's impossible not to love Golden Sun: Dark Dawn, because even despite the ridiculous easiness and the stereotypically meandering adventure, it still has a ton of heart (both the lighthearted and heartwarming varieties), and doesn't take itself too seriously.- GamesRadar+

It's hard to recommend this game to anyone but the most hardcore of flight simulator fans. As in, you have to be unreasonably hardcore. As in, you have Apache-themed bedspread and keep a picture of a Boeing AH-64A in your wallet that you stare at longingly throughout the day.- GamesRadar+

The only major downside we can think of is that the game simply brings absolutely everything over from the original for better or for worse and then just slaps an HD paint job onto it.- GamesRadar+

All that horrible stuff said, there were some moments when we had legitimate fun with Predator, and it makes us feel like the idea of a portable Ghost Recon may not be all bad.- GamesRadar+

There's no other song list on the market like it, and the dance controls in the game are spot on, so it's a must buy for any Jackson fan. But if you really want the Michael Jackson "experience," you might want to pick up This Is It while you're at the mall, because this rushed-together Wii game doesn't exactly deliver on the Jackson-gasm scale.- GamesRadar+

Our favorite part of Pac-Man Party was definitely the minigames, which were unique, fun, and challenging. Coupled with variety in other aspects of the game, it would've been a great game with fantastic replay value. However, as it exists now, the game will quickly grow dull even if you're playing with three friends and a few drinks.- GamesRadar+

The beautiful settings, excellent puzzles and killer boss battles easily make up for the game's few shortcomings. If you can get past the cover, you'll find an adventure worth taking – one that might just be the sleeper hit of the year.- GamesRadar+

If you were hoping for a Kinect-friendly great snowboarding game, this isn't the one. It controls terribly and is just plain uninteresting. Don't bother unless you're desperate for some XTREEM action. And we mean XTREEM in the worst possible manner.- GamesRadar+

A consistently fun time filler that keeps the series' above-average quality streak alive. It may not be the best Mario or Donkey Kong game this year, but out of the few big DS releases this holiday, it's one of the better ones.- GamesRadar+
