Fun to look at, but the inconsistent AI and poor level design make playing it a whole other story. [Oct 2018, p.82]- Games Master UK

A charming license is stretched over a vapid RPG to ill effect. The fans, and the show, deserve better. [Issue#333, p.69]- Games Master UK

Despite its original premise, it ultimately brings nothing new to the already long overmined RPG parody genre beyond a pretty uninteresting twist on combat. [June 2018, p.84]- Games Master UK

Really, it's hard to recommend this game, period. To see two rich, generous Kirby offerings on 3DS followed by something so stingy and lacking in imagination is depressing. [Christmas 2017, p.81]- Games Master UK

We applaud the idea, but despair at the delivery. Not enough bump in the night, too much bump into stuff. [Aug 2017, p.81]- Games Master UK

Other [puzzlers], unfortunately, rely on easily-missed collectibles or suffer from a lack of explanation. Combine all this with terrible acting(not helped by the script), technical flaws (including a consistently awful frame rate and occasional clipping), and a boring script, and you'll find that Syberia 3 leaves you cold.
