An idea that sounds better on paper, which isn't good for a comic book inspired game.- Gamers' Temple

There's a decent game hidden under all of this monetization, but it's not worth subjecting yourself to all of these aggressive attempts for you to put a lot of money into the game. The game's just not good enough to cost so much to enjoy.- Gamers' Temple

NHL 14 delivers a solid lineup of improvements and much appreciated tweaks to the franchise. It's not without some lingering issues, but luckily most of those are contained to the off-ice portions of the game and are trumped by impressive amounts of polish.- Gamers' Temple

A mix of tactical and shooter gameplay can work - it has worked in other games before - it just doesn't work well here. It's probably the result of all of the gear changing that the game had to do during development.- Gamers' Temple

The Toy Box is the star of the game, so why does it take so much time to unlock it all?- Gamers' Temple

Dead or Alive 5: Ultimate is a great fighter for new players and might be a worthy upgrade for those that already own the original DOA5.- Gamers' Temple

Killer is Dead is probably the weakest Suda51 game that I have played, but it has a very enjoyable combat system that might draw in some players like it did with me.- Gamers' Temple

So should you buy Mamorukun Curse!? As a fun afternoon for a casual shooter fan, by all means, go for it. But those looking for an epic challenge in the vein of Ikaruga, or a complete update of a once great genre, like Sine Mora, might come away a little disappointed. No matter what your final call is, I think we can all agree it is nice to see a new bullet hell shooter out there that isn't an App Store exclusive.- Gamers' Temple

Overall, Dragon's Crown is a very enjoyable game. If you make the mistake of thinking that it's an RPG you may be disappointed, but if you've ever enjoyed arcade side-scrolling brawlers it's very easy to recommend.- Gamers' Temple

Overall, I enjoyed Nun Attack: Run and Gun. I like its style and appreciate the challenge, and I like the way that it provides some fun in a bite-sized package that makes it a perfect phone game that you can play while you need to kill a few minutes of time. If you're the type that has to unlock everything, though, be prepared to put a lot of time or money into the game.- Gamers' Temple

Sewer Escape has a nice presentation, with bright, colorful cartoon like graphics and a fun sense of humor, and the game does what it does well enough. The problem is that it doesn't do that much.- Gamers' Temple

Overall, I had fun with Van Helsing and it provides a lot of gameplay for a title that can be had for under $20. If Diablo style games aren't your thing, you'll want to give it a pass, but otherwise it's worth adding to your game library.- Gamers' Temple
