It's probably as close to real combat as you would want to get. It's probably too realistic for hard-core shooter fans, and not realistic enough for sim fanatics, but everyone else will find it to be a thrilling game.- Gamers' Temple

The original game was good, not great. Dark Arisen adds content, fixes existing problems and offers a massive world to play in for a bargain basement price.- Gamers' Temple

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is the best TMNT game on the App Store (Rooftop Run was a waste of everyone's time), and definitely better than the recent TMNT: Out of the Shadows and animated series tie-in titles.- Gamers' Temple

You might think that a puzzle game built around factories would have an industrial theme, but that’s not the approach Freshly Frosted took. Instead, the game’s levels take place in a serene, ethereal space as the factories appear to float atop pastel-colored clouds. A narrator introduces each puzzle with dreamy musings on the nature and deliciousness of donuts. It all helps to make what is essentially an industrial puzzle feel light, dreamy, and relaxing. Well, except for the puzzle-solving portion of your brain, that will still get a good workout.- Gamers' Temple

Streets of Rage 4 is so very addicting and the game is full of old school beat'em up goodness. The game has tons of references to past games in the series. SoR4 is also very replayable. Secret characters are unlocked based on the total tallied score of all games played, so you have to grind to unlock them all. It's quite fun to experiment with each character - older characters play just like they did from the game that they were originally from. If you're a fan of Streets of Rage or just the beat'em up genre in general, you owe it to yourself to check out Streets of Rage 4. There is so much to enjoy and accomplish in the game that it will have you returning a bunch!- Gamers' Temple

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is an enjoyable, yet deeply challenging game. It's not really a Dark Souls with samurais game, but whether or not you enjoyed the difficulty level of the battles in Dark Souls will be a good benchmark in gauging how much you'll like Sekiro. If you're persistent, up for a challenge, and don't become frustrated easily, then Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is an easy game to recommend.- Gamers' Temple

I had a great time playing WWII. Maybe that's partially due to my fond memories of the first games in the series, but I genuinely enjoyed playing the campaign in WWII and it ranks among the best in the series in my opinion. I liked the game's return to a more methodical style of play in the multiplayer mode; I had fun with the past few iterations but the emphasis on taking good shots and picking your sightlines fits my style of play better than a reliance on speed and maneuverability. The new War mode is an absolutely great addition to the game, and I'll be spending a lot of time in it for months to come. Lastly, the Zombies mode feels both the same and different, being familiar enough to preserve a lot of what made the mode so good in the first place while being different enough to feel fresh and unique. Overall there's a tremendous amount of entertainment value in World War II, and it breathes new life into the series. If you've sat out some of the last few Call of Duty games, now's the time to reenlist.- Gamers' Temple

PSP owners won't have a compelling reason to relive these games in HD unless they're hungry for more trophies, but all other God of War fans should jump at the chance to play these thoroughly enjoyable games on their PS3s.- Gamers' Temple

Besides the few flaws, the expansion is fantastic and I'm sure hardcore fans will sit back and consume it like a delicious wine just like they did with the main game. More Bloodborne is always a good thing!- Gamers' Temple

The setting itself and the very unique factions in the game are enough to make the game stand out from the crowd. Back this up with some solid RTS gameplay and you have a winner in Rise of Legends.- Gamers' Temple

One of the great things about Borderlands is that there is always plenty to do. In addition to the story missions there are always a number of other missions available, either from characters that you meet in the game or from job boards in the friendly settlements.- Gamers' Temple

As I stated starting out, you've got to like side-scrolling action games in the first place to enjoy The Dishwasher: Vampire Smile, but if you do you'll love the love. It has so much style and character that you'll thoroughly enjoy your time spent with it.- Gamers' Temple

If you are a fan of Max Payne, this game must be played. The gameplay is very fun and it's easily the most cinematic Max Payne game yet. The story clocks in at about 10-12 hours of gameplay and the game has several unlockables. There are many reasons to go back and play the single player mode and the game offers many extra multiplayer modes as well. It's truly a crime to miss out on this one if you've followed the series up until now. Max Payne 3 is just as pleasing as the other games overall and has the best gameplay out of the series so far!- Gamers' Temple

Tales of Kenzera: ZAU is a metroidvania that I really enjoyed and kept me motivated to keep pushing through it. I love the masterful use of color and music in the game, as well as the unique and heartfelt story. I was fascinated by the setting and the game’s mythology – it was new to me and I truly appreciated being exposed to a new mythos that is extremely underserved in gaming and other media. I enjoyed reading the additional background on everything in the game’s codex. The game’s title – “Tales of Kenzera” teasingly implies that there are more stories to be told here. I certainly hope that there are.- Gamers' Temple

Even with some inconsistencies between the scenarios, this game had a lot of time put into it and you should definitely pick it up if you enjoyed the original game. Fans of RE7 will really enjoy the remake since it nearly has the same type of gameplay (only with a third person camera). The remake does not outdo the original on every single level, but it definitely is the version that I'd choose to play from now on. No matter what flaws I point out, this game consists of so much win that the flaws get drowned out in the end.- Gamers' Temple

A game with as much combat as Shadow of War runs the risk of becoming repetitive and boring, but Shadow of War never manages to devolve into an endless slog of orc fights. There are plenty of other activities and side quests available to provide a good degree of variety to the game, but the Nemesis system and the duels with orc captains really make the game feel more like a war than an endless battle. And even the battles themselves never grow boring - the quality of the game's combat system, the variety of powers available, and the feeling of near-invincibility you gain when surviving a battle against a dozen orc enemies make the game as interesting in its twentieth hour as it was in its first.- Gamers' Temple
