It’s missing some key things like full 3D support for the maps and a more intuitive control interface that will prevent it from being well loved by most gamers.

The plot is interesting and well told. The sounds effects and graphics are detailed, realistic, and both beautiful and gory. The enemy AI is outstanding and provides players of all skill levels with a stiff challenge.

Despite some motion stiffness with Agent 47, Hitman: Contracts is one of the top single player action-stealth games on the market.

Although not graphically superior, KSPS holds the essence of surfing in solid gameplay, authenticity, and depth.

The graphics may be a bit lacking, and it may run a bit slow (I'd really hate to imagine a machine near the system reqs), but it's a blast.

While it adds some RPG elements and has some of the best, most colorful, artwork of any game, Otogi is just another hack and slash action game. Well, an action game with very poor camera controls and a confusing menu system.

Best suited for experienced players searching for a serious challenge, R-Type Final is a beautiful game meant only for the hardcore.

It’s solid and balanced, visually spectacular, offers a fairly easy though engaging single player campaign and skirmish mode, and is true (perhaps too true) to the common conventions of the genre.

The whole time I played this game I enjoyed myself thoroughly... The world is gigantic and the people are so friendly that it just begs to be played.

Anyone who appreciates action-oriented RPGs in which the focus is on creating your own story rather than following one that has been predetermined, this game is required playing. Not only is it open-ended, but also it is massive.

Port Royale takes advantage of this amazing time and creates a wonderfully fun economic simulation. The graphics are great, and the sound fits the bill.

Adds a whole new dimension to The SIMS world that I felt it was dearly missing.

Tries to avoid the woes of its predecessors by injecting some modern, albeit derivative, gameplay, but fails to really explore the platform it is built upon. As a consequence, this game is average at best.

Even though it doesn’t offer much improvement over the original in terms of gameplay and presentation, Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance II stands as a solid role-playing game both sides of the gate can appreciate.

The final battle isn’t a huge deal, and the ending isn’t spectacular, but it’s one hell of a ride to get there.

A remarkable turn-around, MLB 2005 manages to combine depth of play with ease of control for a solid baseball title that stands out against the competition.

A very good game, with great graphics and gameplay, but with lackluster sound. I really liked this game and that’s why I was quite disappointed with the length of it.
