A game with a lot of promise--it just doesn't deliver. For puzzler fans, this game isn't even worth playing at a friend's house.- GamerNode

Mario Party 8 is probably the series' biggest step backwards in its lifetime, and after eight years of consistency from the franchise, this addition falls way too short to recommend a purchase.- GamerNode

As there have been many films adaptations thus far in video gaming-and most of them have never failed to disappoint to some degree-I shouldn't be surprised by this particular title's shortcomings. However, with a cast including Bruce Campbell and a solid movie to draw from, I hoped for more.- GamerNode

This game is narrowly focused towards collectible card game fans. Even hardcore followers will see that playing the video game version falls way short of live play against real people with real cards. As for the rest of the gamers, the game won't be.- GamerNode

Alien Syndrome has a lot of promise, but the lack of a decent story and the poorly implemented Wii controls hamper the experience. If you're a fan of the original, get this on the PSP instead.- GamerNode

Other grand strategy games like Napoleon: Total War or even Empire: Total War do what Rise of Prussia does, but better, so it makes you wonder why this game sticks to antiquated gameplay features and complex micromanagement that just isn't very much.- GamerNode

It's the original version with an awful new one tacked on. This is the very definition of cash-in.- GamerNode

The game tries to reach out to more gamers but fails completely. AI pathfinding is broken, gameplay aspects are barely implemented and performance is a stinker. Stay away from this game.- GamerNode

Only young girls or parents will value this game. It's family fun, and obviously aimed at the pre-teen girl demographic. A nice gift for a child; not so much for a boyfriend.- GamerNode

These battles in the Pokemon universe need to be rethought by Nintendo, because Battle Revolution shows their age.- GamerNode

This is what happens when an international game goes wrong. This game managed to get just about everything wrong about an RPG. Get the movies or books instead for the thrill.- GamerNode

It's good to see that Duke Nukem Forever finally made it past the development finish line, but the race to get there clearly took its toll on Duke. He started limping toward the end goal around 2007, and he's looking and feeling pretty rough.- GamerNode

Godzilla: Unleashed seems like it could be a surprising hit for kids. There's no real reason to get this game with all the other awesome fighters out there, but it is easy for children.- GamerNode

I'd like to say that MX vs. ATV Alive is a game for motocross purists, but I feel even that is a stretch. It's just not a very good game, even at the budget price.- GamerNode

The pets element offers a little spark of nuance in an otherwise dated formula. And the spry animations of the pups and kittens do well to make the game all the more endearing.- GamerNode

It's not Monster Hunter, but it's desperately trying to be. If you like RPGs will little story, even less of a battle system and an endless amount of missions, this one's for you.- GamerNode

While it can be briefly enjoyable and provide a few giggles and chuckles, it quickly becomes repetitive and boring. Co-op helps, but in the end, poor controls and lack of genuinely entertaining qualities will drive most players away.- GamerNode

While the concept of playing such a game with a real guitar is enticing, Power Gig seems content to leave it at that, without ever pushing the envelope or advancing the genre in any way other than the arguably gimmicky hardware.- GamerNode
