The appeal of Splinter Cell shifts into the sublime when it's graphics and sound are taken into account. No other game thus far has managed to present such realistic looking gaming environments... ever.- GameReviewer

It's been developed so that the more you play it, the more you enjoy it. And there's enough depth and unlockables--not to mention a two-player mode--that this one is far less likely to collect dust than any other racers you may have in your collection.- GameReviewer

Good for an appertizer, and never the main course. You can beat the game in less than 12 hours, which isn't quite comparable to the usual 30+ hours that fit into other RPG's.- GameReviewer

Exceptional battle systems, enemy encounter rates, an 'epic journey' with more twists than a pretzel and a creatively represented story... This is bound to be loved by both RPG fans and those few who hated RPG's for the obnoxiously random enemey encounters.- GameReviewer

The best platformer to come about in years, and you owe it to yourself to play it.- GameReviewer

While playing Gungrave, I found myself glancing at the clock over and over, seeing how much time had passed. The game felt really, really long as it droned on and on. The sad part is that the game is actually quite short — it's just that damn boring.- GameReviewer

The simple fact is that this is one of the most frustrating games I've ever played. There's really no way I can possibly stress that enough. The longer you play, the less you can concentrate and the worse your surfer does.- GameReviewer

Stylish, original, and fun are a few adjectives I would use to describe it, but unfortunately it would seem that this franchise was destined to miss out on the commercial success that it so richly deserves.- GameReviewer

This game WILL shock you, it WILL scare you, and it WILL make you sleep with the lights on... it will PROBABLY also make you buy a Playstation 2 so that you can continue the journey into madness with Silent Hill 3.- GameReviewer

But it offers a unique, stylish, and realistic experience, and playing... fighting... exhilarates me. For those whose hearts long to battle, this game strikes to the core.- GameReviewer

While the game is enjoyable enough for a short romp, and the weapon selection offers a bit of replay value, I can't imagine why I would want to play this game in a month, let alone in a year.- GameReviewer
