A fun but not relaxing trip to the fancy parts of L.A, Dead Island 2 is a major improvement over the previous franchise entries, with accurate goriness for the player's situation.- GameGrin

A Light in the Dark is a great visual novel with an interesting story and segments where you have to interact with the characters to alter what happens. It is pretty short, but there are multiple endings that tell more of the stories of both the hostage and his captors.- GameGrin

Crime Boss: Rockay City is a pleasant surprise considering all of the aspects that make its foundations usually crumble from the weight. Just get ready to die, try and die again until you take the throne.- GameGrin

If you're considering buying Plantera 2: Golden Acorn, then doubt no further: this idler title is sure to be a perfect addition for interested parties, if not for the adorable graphics alone.- GameGrin

Hunt the Night is a beautiful retro-inspired game with a haunting soundtrack and great controls. It is incredibly hard, so if you aren’t a fan of difficult games that have you challenging the same section, or boss for hours, this may not be a title you will enjoy.- GameGrin

Hyper-5 is an entertaining game for fans of horizontal Shmups with a realistic look for the ship and environments. Can get repetitive at times, but the interesting enemy designs like the ones that look like Transformers are a lot of fun to battle.- GameGrin

Go! Go! PogoGirl is a fun and challenging 2D platforming game that has a unique way of traversing the levels since you are constantly bouncing on a pogo stick. There’s not much of a story and the music can get a bit repetitive, but there is a lot of fun to be had here.- GameGrin

For a title one year in development, Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened impresses with enjoyable — albeit simple — puzzles, a fun story, and beautiful visuals.- GameGrin

Gripper on paper sounds like a great time, but the way it is carried out just doesn’t work. The game design itself just leads to frustration, instead of a fun experience.- GameGrin

Meg’s Monster is a great 2D pixel-style action-adventure game that has you exploring the underworld to help this lost human child get back to her mother. With a great story and battle mechanics it is sure to make you smile.- GameGrin

Terminal Velocity is just like it was when it was first released in 1995, now you can easily play it on your PC or Steam Deck. With great controls and fun gameplay, this is a fun title for people who want to be reminded of what games used to be like.- GameGrin

Saint Maker is certainly more tragedy than horror, and it shows. While it is well-made, I think players will enjoy the story more than the actual gameplay.- GameGrin

9 Years of Shadows is a great game that fans of Metroidvanias will definitely love; it’s just the problems with the game crashing and freezing that make me have to score the game lower than it really deserves.- GameGrin

A roguelike tower defence game that doesn’t throw any punches in relation to its story, pixelated graphics and killer soundtrack. I’m sure you’ll have a blast on the pursuit to banish all magic with The Last Spell.- GameGrin

I really wanted to love Void Scrappers, and I enjoyed the first few hours of what I played quite a lot, but after a while, I noticed its problems and how easily they could’ve been fixed before release. However, I’m still looking forward to the next game from 8BitSkull because of this title’s addicting nature.- GameGrin

Planet Cube: Edge is a great-looking 2D precision platformer that is incredibly challenging and rewarding at the same time. Due to its difficulty, a lot of players may be frustrated and defeated when they die almost 200 times in an hour to complete only one stage.- GameGrin

DREDGE is the perfect mix of an RPG, fishing, puzzle, and survival game. It combines all these elements with an interesting and creepy story that evokes feelings of horror from an H.P. Lovecraft tale. This is a must-play title, especially if you want something more unique to try out.- GameGrin
