There’s Poop in my Soup is just silly and will surely give you at least 10 minutes of poo filled entertainment. It looks and plays more like a mobile game, but that’s not saying it’s a piece of crap.

As a budget release on the 3DS eShop, and if approached as something to play in short bursts, Sadame is worth a purchase after you’ve already exhausted the best this handheld has to offer. By no means a bad game, Sadame is a 2D hack-and-slash ultimately carried by its cross-character interaction, with the often dull combat holding it back from anything more than mediocrity.

A couple of new items, three missions and four new locations which won't take much more than a couple of hours to finish, but if you're looking for an excuse to return to Medici, this is it.

Senran Kagura Estival Versus is a game about boobs, there's a fairly competent fighting mechanic alongside this, but titillation always remains at the forefront. Fans of the series will be happy with the content on offer, but casual players will likely find the sexual themes a little bit too intense.

The big thing to take away from WWE 2K16 is that not much has changed, yet again. The roster is a lot bigger, and features that were missing last time do return, but this game being back in line with your 2014 release isn’t something we should be thankful for. The fighting, which was slated last year anyway, only seems to have been limited yet again, but not to a devastating degree - it just still isn’t good enough.

Pixel Puzzles 2: Space is a poor attempt at recreating jigsaw puzzles on PC. The game feels and looks cheap, whilst providing a very limited amount of actual gameplay. You'd be better off just solving a real jigsaw puzzle.

Although fun for a little while, Blood Alloy lacks variety and fails to capture the player’s interests. At its best, it’s a fast paced run ‘n’ gunner that fails to explain itself; at its worst, it’s dull, buggy and makes use of cheap techniques to keep players torturing themselves.

Don't Die, Mr Robot! is a game that initially looks to be another throwaway indie title, but the developers have created an addictive solid experience that exceeds expectations. It doesn't do anything new, but it does do a whole lot of stuff very well!

With interesting ideas and settings, Soul Axiom doesn't manage to have a narrative compelling enough. The puzzles, whereas integrated with the environment, feel contrived, and parts of the universe are too disjointed to make sense. It'll make you think, though, although sometimes with pain.

For those with a passion for intensely difficult games We Are The Dwarves could perhaps be your greatest challenge yet. Frustrating it may be, yet Whale Rock Games have created a title with an admirable amount of effort put into creating a universe and lore that draws the player into its innermost secrets.

For what was initially meant to be a humorous take on the many "simulator" titles, it’s not quite GOATY, but Goat Simulator and the Mmore Goatz expansion does a good job of being entertaining in a way that you'll be laughing too much at the on screen carnage to really care about the 'intentional' bugs.

It’s a well made game, the graphics are good, the flying is easy to get to grips with and the tutorial is exceptionally helpful if you just give it a chance. I highly recommend checking out Steam Workshop because that adds even more to an already jam-packed offering. Nice work, Jundroo. I may not have enjoyed it, but I have to give it a high score.

This unique and charming take on the rougelike subgenre has a huge amount of potential, but is unfortunately marred by dull gameplay mechanics that are uninteresting and don’t work in their current form for what it’s trying to be.

A fun romp if you recognise enough of the characters, with enough surprises to keep you guessing who will show up next. Fighting mechanic is simple and stays that way throughout, and hasn't changed since its predecessors on the PlayStation 2. Writing is focused on gags and references rather than staying true to original sources, but will entertain so long as you can endure a boob joke once in a while.

Even though the game touches upon very insightful ideas with a very critical eye, it's not engaging enough to actually make you have fun. The gorgeous landscape and the abandoned hospital are great settings, but this game's ambitions are too serious, and it often doesn't come across as such.

Square-Enix are off to an excellent start with the first episode of Hitman, the gameplay is challenging while remaining fun and creative. Occasional performance issues do little to spoil the experience, as the level of detail more than makes up for the framerate problems.

Winning seems like an impossibility, but the actual core gameplay – the taking part – is so fun, that I cannot help but to play on. If you play this game, you'll likely be in the same boat.

A standard Ubisoft AAA game that may not live as long as intended.

If you can look past the somewhat-dated graphics and the empty expanses of space that will greet you in the multiplayer zones, Evochron will suck away your time and keep you enthralled for many an hour.

Action Henk is the perfect combination of easy to learn, but difficult to master gameplay with a massive helping of nostalgia in between. You can pick it up and play for 10 minutes, sure. But you’ll still want to know what’s happened with the last three hours.

Avoid Alekhine’s Gun. There are much better games out right now that are actually worth your time and money. Hell, there’s a proper Hitman game out this month - go get that, it’s a fraction of the price! Alekhine’s Gun will not be remembered for its own efforts, but for the efforts of the Youtuber’s that will tear it apart.

Unending Galaxy has an extensive amount of tools and menus to be played with. The overall presentation may be lacking, but the level of content on offer more than makes up for it.

Far Cry Primal is able to stand out from the pack, throwing in enough new and appealing additions along the way to warrant a full-game release.

Rainbow Moon is an in-depth game with nice visuals. It offers plenty of game time to those who are familiar with the RPG genre, but I also believe it would not deter those who are not familiar to games of this ilk. Battles can be a chore to begin with, but with time, Rainbow Moon shines through.

Hitman GO: Definitive Edition is a neat little puzzling package that thoroughly entertains. Despite taking a different approach to gameplay, it very much remains a Hitman game.

This game will likely make such a fleeting appearance in your life that it’ll disappear under the TV stand or behind the sofa. Sadly, a disappointment on many fronts.

Not the best adventure game I’ve ever played, but it’s certainly fun, well drawn and with a decent enough storyline. Fans of the genre will likely enjoy this but it probably won’t convert any new fans.

A fun little roguelike which is willing to give you everything, if you’re willing to put in the time.
