The Darkness has a great visual look to it and the supernatural powers you get to use are fun for a bit but ultimately it gets to be a grind to get to the game's final moments thanks to the long load times and the repetitive gameplay aspects.- Firing Squad

The interface is atrocious, it is so bad that I honestly think whoever pushed it through during development owes me a personal apology delivered at my door.- Firing Squad

I preferred it to older versions of EA’s series, but the new "NHL 07" is clearly better on the ice than NHL 2K7. The AI and the way players interact with each other and the puck are clearly behind EA’s game now.- Firing Squad

Awfully flat and mediocre. The plot is labyrinthine, missions run on rails through an endless stream of lookalike corridors, action is strictly of the repetitive shoot-everything-that-moves school of design, and the art department at Bungie clearly should have tried coloring with more than one or two of the crayons in the box.- Firing Squad

Even though the gameplay found in Grabbed by the Ghoulies borders on being shallow, it makes up for it with its inspired presentation.- Firing Squad

The bizarre story and cheery atmosphere are all trademarks of Sonic Team. The trademark razor-sharp controls, unfortunately, did not make its way into Billy Hatcher.- Firing Squad
