Transformers: The Game is an average showing with a lot of potential that was wasted by the limited plot line of the movie, repetitive mission objectives and a faulty game engine.

The gameplay is shallow, monotonous, and straight forward while remaining fun. I wouldn’t dip into my treasure chest and spend my loot on Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End, but I can easily recommend it as a rental.

Lair potential never materializes into a cohesive gameplay experience. What could have been ultra cool, flying battling dragons becomes cold.

If graphics are your thing the Wii isn’t going to satisfy you, but if you’re in for the total overall experience you might want to web up this version of Spider-Man 3.

Just like the first Dead or Alive Volleyball game I found that Tecmo did an excellent job capturing the spirit of vacationing this time with more to do on the island.

A great little game which mirrors Mad Magazine characters perfectly. It's not groundbreaking, but it's fun, and that's the main key to remember.

Although the world is fresh and visually enjoying they stick to the basics and wrap this movie adaptation into an average hack n' slash package.

Tetris Evolution isn’t really an evolution of any sorts, it’s more like devolution. I felt "Tetris Worlds" was a far superior product that didn’t try to add flash to cover up for its lack of content.

Ah Cross Edge how I wanted to love thee, it’s too bad the clunky menus, overused traditional storytelling and mediocre fighting system wouldn’t let me.

Battlegrounds works as a distraction and a fun party game for hardcore gamers. However, Red Faction: battlegrounds falls well short of being a fully featured XLA game that demands the attention of gamers.

Streets have a cool atmosphere, an interesting cast, and some fun beat em' up action. I really dug how the pulled away the restrictions gave us an environment and let us beat down anyone we want.

This game has a lot of potential and with another year of development could have been a great game for someone of any age. What we’re left with is a boring, stale, tedious shell of a game that simply won’t appeal to anyone.

On the surface Superman Returns is impressive and the actual act of playing flying around the city as Superman is fun, but the lack of any real story hurts the overall experience.

Ape Escape Academy has traded in capturing monkeys for a school full of fun and frustrating mini-games. I was thrown a little off guard, but the end results provide an entertaining package.

For what Fairytale Fights sets out to accomplish it does so triumphantly. The big deal here is the price, and as it stands Playlogic is asking full retail value for the game, so that means Fairytale Fights is going to be the same price as something as involved as Dragon Age.

When you are running at full speed as Sonic, hitting all the boosts, pulling off the loops, and outrunning the Orca whale as it demolishes the very pier you are running on (still the best part of the game), you remember why the game is so much fun. Those parts alone are almost worth the price of admission. It's just that pesky rest of the game that ends up ruining all the fun.

Kung-Fu Live is a clever and often hysterical use of the PlayStation Eye, one that is oft-wonky but a fun ride and workout nonetheless. For $15, it's hard not to suggest a go.
