What Lies in the Multiverse is an inspired dark-comedic adventure with some clever and challenging dimension-shifting puzzles. Too bad it doesn’t excel in longevity.

Phantom Breaker Omnia is a fighting game from ten years ago and you can see it in every part. Although narratively and technically not interesting, it has heart and originality. The gameplay, accessible to all and well layered, saves the game.

Crystar is a fun adventure with special moments full of emotion.

Shredders is a love letter to snowboarding, full of desire to entertain... but fails to excite because of some balancing issues and lack of content.

Total War: Warhammer 3 is the perfect example of a sequel done well. All the elements of both Total War and Warhammer universe fused into a game of epic proportions. Some innovation in the variety of missions as well bring a bit more freshness in the gameplay. Graphics as usual stunning, with scenery that looks like frescos.

Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is a gorgeous FPS/GDR, a must have for Borderlands saga fans who loved Tina as a character. Colorful, adrenalinic and full of challenges it takes places in a fantasy world where you’ll have to save everybody from the King of Dragons. Good luck, roll the dice and take the gun!

Kirby and the Forgotten Land is the first ever full 3D Kirby game and a brilliant new chapter developed to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the series. You have to travel through a mysterious world jumping, flying, eating everything and absorbing and copying enemies’ abilities. A bunch of them return but there are brand new ones and an ability upgrading system. Mouthful mode allows Kirby to absorb larger objects like cars or vending machines that open the way to brilliant ideas and gameplay variety. There are a two-player local co-op mode and several items to collect, alongside a speedrun mode for secondary stages and a bunch of mini-games in the city. Even if the controls and camera angles are not always perfect, this is one of the most brilliant and joyful Kirby games ever made and a must buy for platform lovers.

Long time fans of the series will feel at home with Rune Factory 5. It’s a well developed farming sim with lot of things to do and some well crafted jrpg elements. An intriguing story will let you meet some interesting characters, and even marry one of them. The problem is that the game is marred by some nasty technical issues that in some sens ruin overall experience. Low frame-rates, hitches, lags and stuttering are very frequent and some textures are rendered at very low quality. If you love these kind of games maybe you can overlook these issues, but we feel the game lacks the polish we saw in the previous entries of the series.

Shinji Mikami's latest game is an engaging and mesmerizing trip into Japanese horror folklore.

Syberia The World Before revives the fortunes of the series after the not-so-brilliant previous chapter. The song of the swan by Benoit Sokal manages to touch the heart of gamers for the duration of the game.

Andrew Shouldice's Tunic is a little gem that mixes Zelda-like mechanics with light souls-like elements, inside a cryptic (maybe a little too much?) and fascinating story.

The game lacks however of that polish and, perhaps, of the courage that would have made the difference between a good game and a little masterpiece.

Aztech Forgotten Gods is an action game with some interesting ideas, but it fails to entertain the players and has too many issues.

Assassin's Creed The Ezio Collection finally arrives on Nintendo consoles with some compromises too many to accept. Ezio's saga is splendid but unfortunately the weight of the years is felt.

Ghostrunner Project Hel is a fun and even more dynamic DLC. We definitely recommend it.

Triangle Strategy is an excellent turn-based strategy RPG that borrows Octopath Traveler's HD-2D rendering technique to create a cohesive and fascinating high fantasy universe. The story is beautiful and full of twists, the gameplay is deep and full of possibilities. If you like the genre and you are not afraid of long dialogues, you cannot miss it.

What Square Enix has put together is a great karting game, with some good gameplay ideas that also try to detach the product from its very clear and inevitable source of inspiration. However, the mixture lacks some balance, especially in the balance between effort and reward.

Know by heart is an exciting and well-written story, despite starting out very slowly.

Gran Turismo 7 represents everything a car lover could wish for. Perfect details and motorsport history are the ingredients that make up this product; on the other hand, the game's formula is getting old and there’s the need for bigger changes than better graphics.

Shadow Warrior 3 is a hilarious, violent shooter with a keen sense of humor. The gameplay is very similar to that of Doom Eternal but this cannot be considered as a flaw. Technically it is a bit backward and for some it may be too linear but it is still an experience that we recommend you try.

Grid Legends tries to get in the slipstream of Gran Turismo 7 but we doubt his engine will have the grunt to give Polyphony Digital a good run for their money.

Martha Is Dead succeeds where many AAA fail: original aesthetics, immersive soundtrack, a strong and very actual message. Too bad for some technical issues, especially in the console version. Luckily, these are small stumbles that can be easily fixed.
