Iron Danger is a splendidly innovative effort in the RPG scene. The time manipulation mechanic works neatly, until it doesn’t because of the too many enemies on the screen. Production values are also, in general, pretty high.

Lair Of the Clockwork God is funny, clever and full of great humor provided by two amazing protagonists. Platform and point and click adventure mixed up together are a surprisingly tasteful cocktail full of wonderful ideas.

In Other Waters is an interesting take on a bizarre theme, that of marine exobiology. In the end it is a pretty simple, undramatic, narrative romp with a nifty looking interface that will keep you immersed in an alternative reality for a few hours.

Corruption 2029 is good tactical exercise with no soul, a lot of repetitions and, in the end, nothing to really write home about. Mutant Year Zero players who loved it, could take a look if they really want more of the same.

Disaster Report 4: Summer Memories shows its side to undeniable technical criticisms, caused by a bad optimization and a game structure that would have been dusty fifteen years ago. However, it remains a cult game, made with heart and with a great concept behind it.

An atmospheric roguelike action-adventure that misses the magic of previous Capybara games because of its steep difficulty curve and repetitive design.

Final Fantasy VII Remake is a love letter from Square Enix to its old and new fans. An excellent title in all its elements, an almost perfect work, full of details that confirm its chiseled realization. The future, however, remains uncertain: the later parts of the project, today more than ever, will mark the true fate of the revival of the seventh Final Fantasy.

Resident Evil 3 is a well-made remake of one of the most loved chapters of the famous Capcom series. The Overwhelming presence of the Tyrant Nemesis is an added value but the game suffers from a slight lack of content.

My Hero One's Justice 2 perfects the formula of the predecessor, with improved combos, a larger roster, more screentime for the antagonists and a greater variety of playstyle in general. However, it remains a casual game, which mainly points to the fans of My Hero Academia and which does not even try for a moment to renew the genre to which it belongs.

BleedingEdge is a punk game, a fun experience crafted with a lot of love for the hack and slash genre. But we are not sure it has what is needed to survive the test of time and escape the hero based game niche.

Alder's Blood is a valid game based on a solid genre, nonetheless it manages to give that something extra thanks to some good original ideas and an intriguing setting. The Switch version, however, is slightly inaccurate in the management of the movements of the units and breaks too much the pace of exploration and adventure with loading screens of unjustified length, given the minimal design of maps and characters.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons is refined by the technological evolution of the last decade and the experience gathered with New Leaf and the various spin-off titles: the new game has a soul that has always been present in the franchise, but never fully expressed as today . All that remains is to wait for the launch and hope for a far-sighted management of the free updates and (not yet confirmed) microtransactions, crowning a title very close to conceptual and executive perfection.

Team ninja has succeeded in making a souls-like action RPG with a combat system on the verge of perfection, supported by a compelling and interesting story. Unfortunately, the reuse of assets and the multiplayer system ruin the overall quality of Nioh 2.

Romance of the three Kingdoms XIV is a strategic game, which is really thorough by the historical profile and perfectly represents the union between tactical and RPG components. Unfortunately, most of its dynamics seems to be too much difficult to players new to genre.
