Its song selection is immediately accessible to anyone who listens to pop radio, but for those looking for a bit more variety in their musical games are bound to be disappointed, at least until a suitable expansion disc arrives.

One of the easier Castlevania titles to come along in some time, and its relative short length further magnifies that.

A solid entry in the RTS market, but it's marred by appalling AI which detracts greatly from the single-player experience. Additionally, it's so similar in gameplay to Empire Earth that I find it hard to believe that it didn't begin its development as an add-on for that title.

It plays the role of an updated "Final Fight" clone quite well, but the lion’s share of today’s gamers demand a little more depth for their hard earned money.

A fun, quick, stripped down turn based strategy game. Instead of placing emphasis on hardcore micromanagement, small worries like resource gathering and the like are taken right out of your hands and exchanged for some slight action.

Curse: The Eye of Isis does do an admiral job of pulling off drama, thanks in part to a very well done camera. Much like the camera systems in "Alone in the Dark" and "Resident Evil," Curse utilizes a fixed placement camera that captures the action from just the right angle in each location.

It has a decent, well-acted story and interesting characters but fails to leave a lasting impression. The Online Multiplayer is hands down awesome and a must have for any Xbox Live aficionado.

The 4½ hours I spent on Ghoulies (yes, I played through the entire game), I’m starting to wonder if the Rare I truly loved is gone for good.

It’s the kind of game that can be played indefinitely and a player’s performance will continually improve.

This game is terribly flawed, but it has really pretty graphics, excellent voice acting, and great sound. I tried to like this game. I really did. I wanted to like it, but I just couldn't. I suffered through the cliched puzzles, game-killing bugs, and constant crashing, because the story is actually fairly interesting.

My only real complaint with this game is the length. It's far too short - taking around three hours to complete, at the most. It can't possibly take more than three hours, in fact, because there's a timer built into the game.

For the low price of $20, anyone who likes combat flight sims at all should pick this up. It's accommodating to “newbs” and veterans alike, and it's also really really fun.

It’s dull, repetitive and often annoying. Even the kindergarten target audience will find themselves alienated while older gamers will just be bored.

Now with Mega Man X7, the first X game to be released on the PS2, the trend continues it terrible decent into crap… and as a Mega Man-Super Fan, this succeeds in making me more depressed.

I'm giving this game three stars, because even though it's not perfect, It's better than having a babysitter who touches you.

There are no clumsy cameras or complex controls to encumber the gameplay here. No, Viewtiful Joe is a video game made manifest into a work of art, and it stands as a shining example of what games should aspire to be.

This brings me to my main complaint about the game: the ridiculous level of difficulty. Even on easy mode, the CPU will trounce you, and there's almost nothing you can do about it. This is due, in part, to the highly aggressive AI, but it's mostly the game's weak interface and awkward gameplay mechanics that hinder you.

This camera adds an unwelcome degree of challenge to the game based simply on its poor design. Now, I am all for a challenging game, but I draw the line when this challenge is based in frustration over a game's inherent flaws.

A fairly simplistic game, an hour or even less spent with DDRMax2 will make even the most jaded gamer realize its charm. Even if it is not your cup of tea, I suggest you give it a try at least once.

In fact, the only thing that Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg has in spades other than cuteness is aggravation. Honestly, this is the electronic equivalent of that puppy that tears your sneakers to shreds yet is so adorable that you cannot help but love it.

This is not the "Baldur's Gate" killer people were hoping for, and I fear that once "Dark Alliance II" hits retail, our four Heroes will become but a distant memory for another 150 years.

It is true that it isn't the longest, or most difficult game in the world, but for the few hours it takes to complete Boktai, players will have in their hands not only the sun, but pure enjoyment as well.

The music is pretty cheesy, but the sound effects are spot on perfect. From the radio chatter to the roar of the engines, the audio in Lethal Skies II is a rich tapestry of eardrum nirvana.
