There's more content here than you could shake a stick at. What's more, it is all incredibly well put-together; from the single-player career to deep customization and truly robust online play.

Though there is plenty to explore in the game's story mode, the story is all well-tread ground and there aren't any supporting modes other than an ad-hoc multiplayer mode.

The experience is quite nostalgic, and the game features plenty of side quests and special missions to extend the experience.

Lost Planet 2 simply doesn't live up to the developer's grandiose plans. Other than the game's beauty, the big, challenging bosses, and the infrequent fun that can be derived from four-player co-op, this is a gaming experience that can easily be passed up.

Most of the platforming is top-shelf stuff, and the few issues with the controls notwithstanding, I had a great time with the game. Fifteen dollars is a bit high, though, for the amount of pleasure most folks will likely mine from the experience.

There's not much to it, and you'll probably only enjoy this title for an hour or two. Still, for a currently free download (or even for 200 points), it's a great value and a lot of fun at parties.

If you've played Earthworm Jim before there's really nothing new here besides a tacked-on and repetitive camera mini-game. Still, the action platforming core of the game is enjoyable while it lasts.

The brawling gets old fast and the game's design isn't conducive to using guns, making for some boring, linear gameplay, The lackluster narrative doesn't help.

In the end, the question of whether to give Dementium II a shot is a simple one. Do you want to play a survival horror game on the DS? If the answer is yes, this is the best place to go. If not, this is a good game, but not a must-buy.

The score is deceptive. There are worse superhero games you could be playing. In the end, though, there aren't any secrets that don't apply to gamplay so there's not much reason to revisit this.

Simple, well executed fun works well for what it is. Just don't expect a slew of bells and whistles.

I enjoyed the vibe of the game, and the shooting can be fun in short spurts. The fun factor and the price, however, don't quite level out.

There's a large amount of content here, and the high level of difficulty will keep you playing for a very long time if you're dedicated enough to stick with it. Players will either love or hate this game, so try out the demo to see where you fall.

The single-player story is short, but it's filled with a lot of great moments. The co-op multiplayer helps to give the package a lot more bite.

A reasonably solid action game with a few good ideas, but definitely a step below the top-tier franchises.

This game's weak. This is essentially the movie tie-in of sports titles; about as interesting and worthwhile as games fashioned after the Olympics or the X-Games. There is no reason why this shouldn't have been relegated to a premium add-on through the FIFA Store.

A game of insane length. Soul breeding gives infinite room for replay value, but just getting through the first time can actually take up the entire life span of a normal human.
