Redline Rush ($0.99, Universal) is just too simple to enjoy making it one to steer clear of with many better choices racing around.

Impossible Road ($1.99, Universal) is impossible to recommend with extremely shallow, and frustrating gameplay making it one to steer clear of.

Leviathan: Warships ($4.99, iPad) is a big name title, but this ship runs aground in the shallow gameplay. The entire experience is just slow, boring, tedious, and frustrating making Leviathan: Warships one to steer clear of.

Random Heroes 2 ($0.99, Universal) delivers a whole lot of sameness, and will definitely test your patience in doing the same thing over, and over. It’s not a sequel, but an extension of a previous poor outing making it one to steer clear of. Ravenous Games’ cookie cutter must be melting from over use.

Fist Face Fight (Free, Universal) could be so much more, but instead it’s just a very simplistic game that isn’t worth your time.

This is one to steer well clear of, as it also has the makings to drop to free soon with the in-app purchases for gems, similar to the price drop of Jetpack Joyride.

GolfStar (Free, Universal) provides a deluxe 3D golf simulation engine, but comes up short everywhere else. It’s such a super simple repetitive grind, and that doesn’t even take into account the timers, play restrictions, and locked features behind pay walls. All of the other pieces of the game tear down the simulation engine leaving a crater devoid of enjoyment.

Heavy Sword ($0.99, Universal) looks interesting on the surface, but is as shallow as games come. There’s virtually no redeeming qualities of this poorly made bland knock off, making it one to stay far away from.

Overkill 2 (Free, Universal) is overly redundant giving you the same basic thing to do over, and over as though it was some tedious chore rather than a game, making it one to steer clear of.

Journey To Heel ($3.99, Universal) is a great example of how looks can be deceiving. While it looks promising on the surface, it’s just a bland, repetitive, and monotonous shooter that is aptly named as playing it is definitely a journey to hell.

Wide Sky is one you can swing far away from as frustration seems to be the overall take away despite how good it looks on the surface.

The Gods: Rebellion is boring above all else and is one to steer clear of unless you like being a glutton for punishment.

Worm Run looks promising on the surface, but the deeper you dive, the more unwanted aspects you discover. While there are some nice elements, there are too many problems to recommend Worm Run, making it one you can skip.

Table Top Racing is missing the main ingredient, and thus lacks any enjoyment making it worth skipping.

Krashlander is a neat idea that suffers from poor controls, and not much depth leaving it worth skipping. The controls are the main challenge of the game, and even with them, you can easily blow through the 20 short levels.

Looks so promising, but it feels like a game designed around a monetary system, rather than to create an enjoyable game.
